This was my first time here and, I gotta say this is the cleanest “fast food” place I’ve ever been to. The staff was nice, the bathrooms were clean, the food was FRESH and DELICIOUS and it came out in like 3 mins! The dining room is clean the kitchen is clean

The staff was nice, but unfortunately the food and overall experience were very disappointing. They got our order wrong, the soda machine was broken, and the burger was nasty and extremely greasy. I couldn’t even finish it.
This was my first time trying Freddy’s, and it will definitely be my last. The food looked nothing like what’s shown on the menu, which was very misleading. Overall, not a good experience at all.

Waited 40 minutes in the drive thru it wasn’t even busy there were 2 cars ahead of us. The person taking our order asked our order multiple times and still got it wrong. They told us custard was done for the night it was 6pm. They completely forgot my kids meal. And my fries were cold and my sandwich was completely thrown together. There was an employee sitting at the window doing nothing but staring at customers coming through the window. Overall disappointing experience.

The restaurant is SUPER clean. possibly the cleanest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The staff is very friendly and pleasant . The ingredients were fresh and appealing. However, my burger was dry and super super thin. I don’t get the appeal. As far as fast food burgers goes it’s very far down my list. If you could put a Wendy’s burger on this bun with these fixings you’d really have something, because the tomato lettuce and pickle were home picnic quality. The burger not so much. The fries are the wimpy teensy ones that I personally hate.(like Steak ‘n shake fries )

Very disappointed in my last visit to the Gtove City location. To begin ice was not working at drinks station and diet Dr Pepper all foam. They continued to give folks drink cups with no ice. When my husband asked for diet at the counter they said it wasn’t working. As we sat down to enjoy our food we notice a few gnats flying. We were near the drink station so we moved across the room hoping it would make a difference. There were still gnats flying around our food. Too many to continue eating and my husband also thought the majo tasted odd. We left the food on the table and requested a refund. Let me add I have never asked for refund on food in my life. It took the manager 8 minutes or so to assist in a refund . She never asked what the problem was never apologized. While we waited for the manager there were baby flies and gnats around the cups at the register. The girl delivering food to the counter was trying hard not to fall you could tell the floor was greasy and slick. In this environment where two fast food burgers are $30+ there should be better quality and customer services .

I have been to the Freddy’s in GC 3 times and had stellar service everytime! My food has been delicious each visit. I love the cheese curds! Burgers are delicious and the patty melt is amazing! I’m obsessed with the fry sauce too, it goes on everything haha! Food has been made correctly and put together perfectly every visit! Kudos to the cooks! The custard is also delicious! Oh and the Oreo custard sandwich is huge and only $1.99! The staff always greets me with a smile and are so helpful and kind. The atmosphere is very upbeat and welcoming! Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time! Most places you go employees seem like your bothering them, not at Freddy’s! They genuinely make you feel welcome and that they are happy you are there. Way to go Freddy’s staff! You are rockstars! Thank you for such wonderful experiences, I will be back soon!
