I treated myself to lunch today, and I’m glad I did ✨
I ordered the Alambres Steak & Chicken Mix, which I’d never had before, but it looked too good not to try. O-M-G — it was so delicious Everything was super flavorful and cheesy. What I really loved were the vegetables: big, hearty chunks The portion size was huge. I ate half and was stuffed, and I’ll easily get a second full meal out of it ️
I also had a horchata, which was sweet, creamy, and really refreshing with a little bit of spice ✨
I dined in and the service was fast and attentive ⏱️ The vibe was casual, clean, and family-friendly
I would absolutely go back and definitely recommend it I love supporting small, independent businesses

Great authentic mexican food, quick service, and friendly staff! They give generous portions with food orders.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is there was an unexpected 10% or so liquor tax for ordering 2 margaritas adding quite a bit to our bill. It’s possible this was listed on the drink menu in fine print, but it was not obvious to me. I personally feel like this should be disclosed because most places don’t charge a “liquor tax.” My $9.99 margarita was actually about $12, then add other state taxes on top of our entire bill.

Small space with wonderful service and good food. We both enjoyed our Margaritas we got them in the small size but the portions are big.
I liked the taquitos they had a good ratio of filling and good flavor. However I didn’t like the seafood enchiladas. My husband also agreed his enchiladas verdes could have used more sauce.
The pulpo en brasas surprised me with how big it was and how delicious it was, it came out sizzling with sides and tortillas. This place is a gem.

Otherwise this is the second time we have order from there. The taste and flavor is good. Service is good. The amount of food you get is AWESOME! Only marked down for pulling a fast-one on me, which hurts me to say… as I like their food. The amount was of meat was good, but quality was shady.

We ordered dinner for 2 delivered by DoorDash. As a couple who as spent a lot of time in Mexico, the food was excellent. The tray of meats, seafood, grilled cactus, and grilled avocado would have served at least 4 people, but probably 6. The sides were also well done. This is the best authentic Mexican food we’ve had in the Minneapolis metro. so far.

Went with a party of 3. We all ordered different items off the menu. The portions are really small for the price. The flavors were good but not great. I ordered a side of rice and there was probably one spoonful of rice (I should’ve taken a pic) it was not worth $3.99. And you would think ordering a seafood dish for $33 it would come with limes. But it didn’t so I asked for limes and when we paid our bill, they charged me $1.75 for limes! This is my first time at any restaurant getting charged for 2 small pieces of limes. I packed my leftover and when I went to heat it up again I found a whole large piece of plastic in my seafood dish looked like a plastic glove that was cooked in heat. I am utterly disgusted! I couldn’t see it before because the dish was covered in sauce and onions. I’m soo piss! I will never eat here again. It should have been a sign when we walked in during lunch and were the only ones there dining in.
