Got the Memphian and I swear this sandwich gave me a spiritual experience. Turkey, ham, and roast beef all chilling together like the most delicious peace treaty ever signed. The Mac n’ Cheese was so creamy I briefly forgot my own name. Staff was fast and friendly—pretty sure they got my food out before I even finished blinking. Clean place, great prices, 10/10 would stuff my face here again. And again. And again.

Got the soup and salad combo. Lettuce on sandwich was brown and slimy. It was either out of date, sat out too long without being properly maintained with temperature. Or got too cold/ froze. Hopefully they can inspect their product more thoroughly coming from a former restaurant manager. Besides that everything else was pretty good! Service was great.

I decided to give them another try since my last visit resulted in a 2 star review, and I can honestly say if I could give negative stars I would! On my wrap I ordered no cheddar, no honey mustard Dijon, add onions, spinach, avocado (which I paid extra for), with no pickle. My wrap had cheddar, mustard, no spinach, no onions, no avocado (again paid extra for), and it had a pickle! Did not eat it! Total waste of time and money!!!

I used their app to order & my order was ready in 15 minutes at their drive-thru. Their Broccoli Cheddar soup was great! The photo shows 1/2 of 12 inch Italian sandwich. It was full of meat & the app allowed me to take off what I didn’t want & add what I did want; very easy to use. I’ll definitely be going back.

We had a large order and two small orders separate, it was ready in 15 minutes! Drive through was very fast. They did forgot one item but corrected it quickly! The food was so good and the potatoes are massive! Will definitely be returning soon! Here’s a picture of the Half Rachel which was plenty big with a side of soup!

My office ordered a large carry-out lunch today to celebrate several employee birthdays, and the Chambersburg McAlister’s absolutely nailed it. Our order was big with lots of modifications, yet everything was prepared perfectly, clearly labeled, and absolutely delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and made the whole experience seamless. 10/10 would highly recommend! And the Bacon Chicken Ranch Spud? Hands down my new favorite SO good!

I’ve ordered from this location of McAlister’s Deli about five times because the food itself is genuinely great. Unfortunately, EVERY single order has had SIGNIFICANT issues. We’ve had entire meals missing (including my toddler’s sandwich, side, and drink), missing drinks, missing sides, and even a BLT without lettuce. Most concerning, my husband found a hair in his sandwich. I’ve also seen recent reviews mentioning the same problems, including hair in food, which makes this feel like an ongoing issue rather than a one-time mistake. At this point, it’s hard to justify ordering again when missing items seem guaranteed and sanitation concerns remain unaddressed. It’s disappointing because the food is good, but consistency and food safety matter just as much.
