Went inside. Order 1 large pizza told the wait would be 40 minutes. I chose to order and wait. Waited 50 minutes was told another 10 to 12 minutes. Waited 15 more minutes was told another 25 minute wait. If I wanted they would prioritize my order. Asked hope that worked. They move a prioritized order to the top to keep you from waiting. Well if you just make the pizzas and not move other people to the top of the line then no one has to wait that long for 1 pizza. Cancelled the order watching for the credit back to my account. Slowest pizza place I’ve ever experienced. I ordered via the website and was given a pickup time. I showed up and after waiting 30 minutes to finally talk to someone they hadn’t even started the pizza yet and said it would be another 40 minutes. Over 2 hours total. While waiting I watched them pull a completely burned (black crust) pizza from the oven, slice it and put it in a box. Absolutely no care. I asked why the website told me my pizza was ready when they hadn’t even started and they just shrugged. Never again!

This has to be the worst Dominos location on the face of the planet. The one time we ordered delivery from here it took them 1.5hrs to deliver our pizza when the wait time when ordering was only 30 minutes. We avoided ordering from them because of that experience for a full 18 months before giving it another try. This time around we ordered pick up hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately when I arrived, purposely 10 minutes past the pick up time I was originally told just incase it wasn’t ready yet, I was informed it would be another 30 minutes before my pizza was ready. They need to get their systems figured out or shut this location down. We’ll never order from here again!!!

Pizza’s ordered at 5:25pm. Website says 27 minutes until ready. Arrive at this store at 6:00pm. I’m three deep in line. Two ladies in front of me cancel their order after being told their orders will take another 30 minutes. I get to the counter and am told my two pizza order will be anther 1 1/2 hours. I’m then asked if I was watching the app. No, because when submitting the order, it said 27 minutes. Oh and while there, an angry customer with a muffed up order stormed in. Domino’s – you need to fix this period! Fix the website and provide an honest wait time. You lost at least three customers in the 5 minutes I was there. Frustrating experience. Went and grabbed frozen pizza from Walmart!

If you can’t make orders on time, don’t accept orders online. Saying my order will be done in 45 minutes, I get there and they say it will be another 30 is really unacceptable. I’d rather you just tell me i can’t order a pizza because you’re too behind than waste half my night waiting on pizza at a gas station.

Tried placing an order on Sunday 12/21/25 and apparently they were closed. However $50 was still taken out of my account and when i call i can not reach an actual person! Ive called my bank and was told that dominos has to refund the money. I will never order from here again.

I submitted my order at 534 pm, with an app- estimated ready time of 16-20 min. I did not receive my pizzas, through the pickup windows, until 620 PM. Both pizzas were very poorly made, with numerous no-cheese bare spots. Poor products, poor execution.

Food not delivered and given to wrong address. Phone system hung up on us twice. Finally spoke to a person saying they delivered it to wrong place and did offer to remake the pizza. Three hours later we will have our pizza. Not using this business again. I have had repeated issues with delivery and cold pizza. I’m tired of giving them a chance.

Again, another frustrating experience at the OXR Dominos. Arrived at the store to pick up my pizza and sat at the window for 5 minutes with nobody even bothering to look my way. Drove around to the front to go in to pick it up and again, no acknowledgement. Driver finally came to check me out and said they were really busy. While he was standing under a monitor the said “there are no orders”. Then he laughed. Nobody cares.
