I’m not sure if it’s the owners that now run this particular subway, but Don’t really understand why they are always so rude to the customers. I mean, aren’t the customers what keep the business running? Maybe it’s just me, but I Kinda don’t think so.Every time I come, they just look at me. Don’t ask to take the order, never thanked, and it’s not like Subway is an upscale sandwich spot. To be honest, as far as the Food, it’s a hit or miss. Today I asked for a cup of ice and was given a toddler cup with ice and no lid and the man just looks at me, then slams the window. Do better for the east side of Spartanburg!

I visited Subway two weeks ago and was very satisfied. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the sandwich they made was delicious and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained. A very positive experience!

We came in and it was very clean, no one else was here. I wanted to order a chicken salad wrap but she gave me I guess what she thought was a chicken salad. It had barely any lettuce when I looked at it I could not believe I was being charged $9.19 for this. They seem to change their menu so often it’s hard to keep up with what’s going on. I wish the other employees were still working here… Will not be coming back.

They refused to allow me to use my coupons so I began to walk out to go elsewhere. The man called out to me “ma’am don’t waste the food” . He then allowed me to use my coupons, but he was very rude about it all. I ordered 3 foot longs and a box of cookies. They skimp on the produce and i had to keep saying a lil more. The tomatoes were the size of quarters and I only received 4, and only 4 pickles….on a foot long sandwich!! I asked for oil and vinegar to go bc I didn’t want to put alot on my sandwiches and they get soggy before we could get home to eat them. He gave me 2 pks of each….for 3 footlongs!! He then kept my .40 change and at that point I just decided to pick my battles and allow him to keep it. I drive across town to shop that particular store despite having one right down the street, but today was the last time!!

Got my sub and barely had any toppings, the lettuce was pink and had maybe 3 pieces of meat on it. Asked for extra olives and honestly don’t see any olives on there. This subway has really gone down hill.

We ordered three subs on the 25th at about 7:00 which totaled around $50 and never received them. It’s now the 28th at 3:45 and over a dozen calls later and they will not pick up or respond. They claim they can’t find our order number when I have email proof that I ordered the subs from their store. We’d like our subs or a refund.

second time I’ve ordered from this subway and never got my food. They want to blame doordash, doordash says take it up with the store and then the store says take it up with my bank. The first time they screwed me I spent over $50, tonight, the second time I spent around $35. the manager AJ just says “there’s nothing I can do brotha”. we want our money or subs.
