The food is Amazing, big portions and really nice flavor, the only problem… the service PLEASE hire more staff, There were only two waitresses, and one of them had a terrible attitude. She glared at all the customers and did her best to avoid serving them. Every time a customer asked her a question, she sent them to the other waitress. The other waitress did her best, but with so many people and her being the only one doing everything, everything was very slow. We had to wait approximately 25 minutes for the bill, and in the end, they never brought it. We had to go inside the restaurant and practically pay ourselves.

This was a really nice surprise while we were walking around Krate. Out of all the latin food spots, this is one of the best ones. It is a little expensive, but there was a lot of food.
We shared an AEROPUERTO dish with chicken and we took some to go.

First off, service was so slow we almost walked away without paying (20+ minutes wait after telling her we were done and needed 2 boxes). They weren’t in the weeds either…. Empty tables around us.
Regarding the food. Flavor was on point. Absolutely on point, but that’s where it stopped. I had the most expensive steak dinner on the menu and the steak came out cold. Not just air cold from sitting under a burnt out heat lamp, but refrigerator cold! The rest of the meal was good, however, with the steak being the center of attention and it taking 10 minutes to get it back warm, I was disappointed, to say the least.
Now, ambiance. Absolutely none! The tables outside are right in front of a parking bumper. This probably isn’t Pisco’s fault, but the designer who played out the Crate at The Grove project. Multiple time we had bright LED lights pull up to within 10 feet of us and the drivers did t bother to turn them off (mostly). Again, not Pisco’s fault, but it does say something about the overall ambiance, or lack there of.
I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I want to be honest when I do… so here it is.

Amazing food very flavorful, I got the Tallarin A La Huancaina with Lomo and it did NOT disappoint the meat was very tender and vegetables were sautéd excellently. Portion sizes are very large. Service was great, Carmen was a very nice server. Overall an absolute gem, I will definitely be coming back.

I had an amazing experience at this Peruvian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and authentic. Every dish tasted like it was made with care, especially the Causa De Pollo and Picada. The service was excellent too; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. I left completely satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

Food was good but it Was very crowded in there & the manager/owner had a angry look on her face the entire time since we walked in. The waiter that waited on us was nice, helpful & fast. But The waitress totally ignored us & didn’t seem to want to wait on our table. Next time I’ll take the drive & go to the tampa North Armenia location instead they all treat you better there. And the rice in Tampa tastes better too.

Right when you walk through the door you are slapped with horrible odor like sewage water. the food was horrible.. the tostones hard, no salt, and lacks taste. the fish chicharrones not even toasted, along with the fried yuca they were both soggy and no salt. the fried chicken wontons were made with what looks like dog treats. all of this for $40, waste of money! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, NOT EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY!
