I gave this place a 5 star cause it deserves it! I ordered the XL house special, it came with so much meat, I pretty much got full off just the meat alone. I have never been to a place that stuff that much meat into an XL bowl, and it was delicious. The price was good, an XL HS came out to $22.50 after taxes.

We came at lunch on a Tuesday and had to wait approximately 10 minutes for a table, but once sat the server took our order quickly & the food was served promptly after.
I ordered the seafood rice noodle with beef balls and it was delicious. I requested thick vermicelli noodle instead of the rice noodle and they had no issues with the substitution. As an app we also had the crispy spring rolls and they were very tasty. I will be returning

It was our first time visiting Pho Windsor Vietnamese restaurant and we really enjoyed their crispy spring rolls ( A10 on the menu ).We also ordered their Duong Chau Fried Rice with grilled pork ( C57 on the menu ),which we also highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best Pho places I’ve been! I took the vermicelli chicken bowl and it was amazing; the chicken was juicy and perfectly well balanced. My friend took the Pho rare beef and beef brisket and it was totally delicious, the best Pho she’s tasted yet! Portions were also extremely generous and price was more than affordable. Staff were nice and the service was so fast… we didn’t wait more than 10 mins. Totally recommend this place !

Pho is very good and I appreciate the amount of beef they put in it! The banh mi and spring rolls are also great. Good staple for Vietnamese food. Always a very busy spot but the staff are efficient with their service.

Clean restaurant and has good options on the menu. Very slow service due to only 2 people working the floor. I ordered the chicken curry and by the time it came to my table it was very cold and there was no one available for almost 5 minutes to report this to and I ended up eating it as it. It was good in taste and my friend ordered Pad Thai, which was tasty as well but I wish service was better. Not worth the money we spent on the meal.

Very unfriendly staff. I never was greeted at the door just had a staff member point to where I could sit. From there no communication if I was ready to order. The lady just stared at me as I told her I was ready to order. She then took my order and eventually brought it out with a cup of water. She never said enjoy your food or checked in on how it was. I also never got asked if I wanted a refill on my water. I won’t be back but I’ll be going to the best Thai place in this city- Basil court!
