Follow up: After eating our pizza I have to say we were disappointed in the quality. We ordered extra cheese not less cheese. Even the cheesy bread was not as thick and cheesy. Sad because we were so excited after our last order was so good.
Another Friday night pizza run and another crazy busy night for Papa John’s. Our food was ready as promised this time. Lobby area was full with people waiting on orders. Many holding pizza delivery red insulated bags.
Original post: 6:00 on a Friday night and this place is incredibly busy. Lots of delivery people waiting to pick up orders. Parking lot is full. Our pizzas were not ready when we were told when we ordered on line. They were about 12 minutes late. They had multiple workers on hand. You could tell they had experienced workers in helping the new workers. They appeared to have a fairly good system but were struggling to keep up with the volume. As far as the pizzas go…THEY WERE DELICIOUS! We have not had pizzas this good for quite some time. We sure hope they keep it up. Breadsticks were really cheesy too. We will definitely get our pizzas here if they are able to keep up the delicious work.

In the past year I have ordered pizza 3 times from this location and each time I have asked extra black olives and add pineapple. Every time I haven’t gotten extra olives and have only gotten the pineapple once. I have told them this had been an issue and each time they apologize and never correct the issue. 27 dollars for a pizza and somehow I can’t get it the way I want it. Today was the 3rd time and I’ll never go to a poppa John’s again. The pizza sucks and ain’t worth 27 dollars especially when you don’t get the extra you pay for. At this point I’d almost rather try pizza hut even though their pizza is like dog food

Always a good experience here. My pizza is always hot and ready when I walk in. The employees are kind and friendly. They are great at getting my order correct too, which I am so appreciative of because I am a picky pizza eater.

It was a Friday night, so I’ll try to keep that in mind, but it was super slow and waaaaaay later than they’d estimated. The delivery driver was almost unable to walk up to the door. She almost dropped the items on the way to the door, as she was carrying them stacked and not in a bag to keep them warm. The pizza bowl was carried sideways, so the contents slid to one side and to the outer box itself. She never said a word of thanks or anything at all. Rude. One of the pizza bowls was NOT what we’d ordered at all. The pizzas were no better quality than cheap frozen pizzas. Very disappointing. Cheesy bread was good but on the cold side. I called and asked for a refund for the wrong bowl and got double that price back, which was nice. So in effect I got the driver tip amount back, which made me happier, because she was truly terrible. Ours was not a good experience at all.

I ordered a pizza, the app said it was ready. I went into the store and was told it would be another 30 minutes. When I asked for a refund the guy at the register was a total wise butt!!!! He said” if I wanted a fast pizza then I should go to Little Ceasars! They have Hot-nReady”. I will not be going back to this store. I will go to Little Ceasars. Plus there is a Domino’s here in town.

I ordered two large pizzas. They were both dry and made with little sauce. When I called the manager and spoke with Payton, he was argumentative and gave me a hard time plus refused to remake the pizza’s. Terrible customer service!
