I went there this Saturday to order a sub platter and the young man working I asked him do they do platters I told him this is my first time ordering from you guys or even using them never been in the place so he said it’s on that paper over there so I picked and I said how much is this one he said a 100 dollars I said wow okay then he said maybe you be better off getting pizza I turned around and said excuse me I order sandwiches every year. And left so I got home and I called the manager this is later that day and told her she was rushing me off phone but said this will never happen again I was like wow . Bad experience so don’t go this place at all . And I got my sandwiches from Subway and was happy this young man needs to be trained on how to deal with customers how you going to tell me I be better off getting pizza you don’t know how much money I have was so rude .

Extremely clean store! Austin at the front was super helpful in helping me on what to order because I had no clue what to get! Bomb food great atmosphere and a very clean store! 10/10 would recommend!

This shop was terrific. I walked in about 30 minutes before close and needed 5 sandwiches. They really didn’t make me feel bad at all. Their attitude was fantastic. The food was excellent. Store was clean and I never was made to feel like they wished I hasn’t walked in.

Clean, courteous, great sandwich! I had the “hot Bobby” Thanksgiving sandwich that’s available all year. It was wonderful, soft, warm bread, turkey and all the trimmins. The chips and soda are nothing special, but the sandwich is great

DO NOT order from Capriotti’s online, and Pick it up yourself.
They use the Doordash website platform for their online orders now.
Doordash added an 18.4% tax to our order, when we picked it up from the restaurant ourselves.
From the 18.4%, they paid the restaurant our 10% tip.
This is NOT clearly disclosed and obvious during the order process.
It is mailed to you in an email receipt with the taxes and such.
But I find this kind of business pretty scummy.
DO NOT order from Capriotti’s online, and do the Pickup yourself.
5-Star food, and 1-Star website service.
Never again. No way.

Absolutely terrible. Their specialty turkey is dry, flavorless, and fulll of cartilage. My turkey had a shard of bone in it. You couldn’t pay me to eat this garbage again.

Great location with plenty of parking, can be very busy at lunch hour, they make good sandwiches here, the Bobbie is always a winner for any Thanksgiving turkey fan, had the Italian today, it was really good as well, very fresh and high quality meats are used. Tried the BBQ chicken with a Chipotle Ranch dressing, delicious, a bit spicy.

There was literally nobody in line in the lady told me it would be 30 minutes for a hot sandwich. She told two other people that as well they are lazy and will turn away business because they don’t care if the store loses money or not this is on December 16th at 6:00 pm Both of those employees working tonight are lazy and should be fired immediately. We came in right after some kind of altercation. The police arrived right after I picked up my food.
We ordered over $80 in sandwiches.
The food was literally inedible. I’ve eaten at Capriotti’s 50+ times, and this was by far the worst. The cheesesteak was burnt to the consistency of jerky.
The Bobbie had a huge dollop of cranberry sauce in one end of the sandwich, and all the turkey on the other end.
The Capistrami meat was rubbery like a band-aid. It looked like the cheese had been on there for over a day.
I would have been better off eating a hundred dollar bill.
