In 1967, we opened our doors in Abilene, TX to share fresh, authentic Mexican food. Now, almost 52 years later, while the other guys have turned to packaged and processed foods, we’ve stayed true to our roots by crafting authentic recipes in each of our kitchens. I enjoy coming to this location because the employees are always nice. But it is so frustrating that every time I get home, something is incorrect or missing from my order. Can we please start making sure that the cashier is double checking the order before giving it to the customer? I’m ordered a wholelotta platter, swapping out a muchaco for a burrito. I got home, I’m missing my taco and the muchaco is in my plate with the burrito. But I also have no chips for my queso. I just worked a 15 hour shift, the last thing I want to do is turn around and come back after getting home. I’m begging you, please start checking the orders before passing them off to the guest!!

I’ve come here twice now and they have messed up my order ,and left items out! Everytime the mexican lady at the window tries to rush us out so at this point something is weird. Melinda claims to be a manager of this store 3 consecutive visits my order has been wrong. I always order the same thing with no veggies and all 3 times it came with lettuce and tomatoes so I called and Melinda called my son and I both liars. I understand making mistakes but 3 times in a row is a bit frustrating. This location cares nothing about the customers health or satisfaction of getting what you ordered correctly. So I will no longer go to this location.

Terrible customer service. They forgot the cheesecake chimi’s that I paid for. The bowls of rice and beans were LESS THAN HALF FULL and it was supposed to include hot sauce…. there was NONE. When I contacted the manager I was told to SAVE the food and bring it back on my next visit and they would give me a refund….. I’m not saving food for days or weeks until my next visit. When I contacted the 800 number I got a recording and no one ever called back. THEY WILL NEVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN!!

Food was really good. I could not hear the guy taking my order. He spoke very softly and the “music” was very loud. I am not hard of hearing. Did not like the noise coming over the speakers. Usually we are very happy with this place, but not today. There is another one on Precinct Line.

Please, please, please open a Taco Bueno in Nevada! I’ve been going to this Bueno since I was a little kid. Grew up in Texas. I still visit often to see family. This is my first stop when I fly in and my last stop before I fly out. The chilada platter with beef is my favorite meal on the planet! I would love to be able to eat more if they would open one in Vegas, I’d be a happy gal!
