Lady at the counter was unable to follow anything I was saying. Come to find out after getting back to our truck where we were going to eat lunch, she completely screwed up my order. This is the second Burger King I have been too that the employees cannot seem to do their jobs correctly. I said, “No Tomatoes”, but because she didn’t read back the order nor ask if she understood me correctly, I got ONLY TOMATOES. Now I will not be eating lunch because walking back to the restaurant is absolutely ridiculous to do when we have places to be for our trucking company to keep moving and making the money we need to pay our bills. Thanks for wasting our time and money with hiring incompetent employees. This is completely unacceptable Burger King Will never return to either of the 2 locations with worthless employees. You’re about to lose our business completely, and we travel throughout the US.

Wednesday, December 24th, 2025, the pregnant girl at the window said that they do not accept coupons and their small fry was $4.29. She said that they are connected to the truck stop so everything cost more. Knowing ppl over this company & this location, I know it’s a lie. I left with no argument. The parking lot is always deserted, even today. May be this is why, they have figured out a way to shoot customers away & still get paid. Idk, but y’all are loosing A LOT from this!

Sparkling clean, the service was prompt and plenty of room to sit down inside. Very convenient to I-285 (one of the few restaurants on this side of town). The staff was very kind and helpful, and the food was excellent (I have become something of a fast food/Burger King aficionado since I had young kids). Highly recommend, we will be back. Also some gas stations located close by should you need to fill up when stopping off.

The milkshake machines at multiple Burger King locations across Atlanta are always “broken.” This has been happening for a long time — every visit, same excuse. It’s not just one store. It’s happening at:
199 Northside Dr SW, 1122 Northside Dr NW, 3195 Donald Lee Hollowell Pkwy NW, and 2760 Greenbrier Pkwy SW.
This isn’t a coincidence. Either the machines are not being maintained or staff simply refuse to operate them. That’s neglect and false advertising.
I’m not asking for free food — I just expect Burger King, a billion-dollar company, to maintain its equipment and deliver what’s on the menu. It’s time to hold these franchisees accountable and fix what’s clearly been ignored.

Don’t stop here, especially early mornings. The staff is very rude. The card machine is always down. It’s such an inconvenience. This restaurant is right off the highway. You would think that it would have a line wrapped around the corner but the service is horrible and lack good customer service.

THIS BURGER KING DOES NOT OPEN AT 6AM. ITS 6:46AM CURRENTLY AND THEY ARE STILL NOT OPEN. THE LADY AT THE PETRO TRUCK STOP TOLD ME SHE DOESN’T KNOW WHEN THEY OPEN BECAUSE THEY OPEN AT DIFFERENT TIMES EVERYDAY. ITS PRETTY MUCH WHEN EVER THE WORKERS DECIDE TO COME INTO WORK. Why does this Burger King not have a phone number or come up on the burger king app? This location SHOULD NOT BE RECOGNIZED as a TRUCK STOP LOCATION, just because it’s off an exit! There is no gas station connected to it. It’s on a property with a gas station that has a truck stop behind it. Plus they sell everything at truck stop prices. If anything it should do better to be on the app and have greater prices that way, so that the community it serves can have access to a fast food restaurant

This location is a scam! The meals are inflated in price just because it’s next to I-285. Go 2 miles down the street to the I-20 location and it’s half the price. They have breakfast wraps on the menu but when you try to order them they say you can’t get them. I’ll not be back!! French Toast sticks $5 YEAH RIGHT!!

I think this is the worst Burger King. I have been to in United States. I am a traveling union man and the service here early in the morning. It’s not very helpful. It’s not ghetto. It’s just rude, but I will not be returning and just giving everybody a heads up if you into that type of stuff, good luck.
