After a long flight to Orlando, we were starving and searched on Google Maps for Venezuelan food nearby. That’s how we found Acascuisine. The reviews were all positive, except for one that said: “The flavor was excellent, but I think it’s expensive to pay $40 for two burgers and a Nestea.” Honestly, that comment convinced us even more to try it. First, because it still admitted the flavor was excellent, and second, because if the only “bad” thing was paying $40 for tasty food, then it was definitely worth the risk.
And I’m so glad we followed our instincts! From the moment we arrived, not only did we eat incredibly well, but we also enjoyed the warm attention of the owner, Carlos, who personally explained the quality of his ingredients, his cooking process, and his passion for serving exquisite dishes from his two food trucks. We were impressed.
We ordered a burger with carne en vara and an arepa filled with carne en vara, shredded yellow cheese, and fried cheese. The result? An explosion of divine flavors in every bite.
Next time we’re back in Orlando, there’s no doubt we’ll return to Acascuisine. Everything was simply delicious!

Fuimos por la Carne en Vara, pero de pana que llegamos apenas el puesto abriendo; así que el que se llevò los 20 pts fué el Pork belly, Pedimos un plato para dos; si vá con mucha hambre búsquese un plato para usted, y pueda degustar con gusto la proteína; muy ricos los sabores , lo que si que nuestro plato vino con bastánte papás, que viendo ahora el menú no la menciona …..por acá dejo la foto y si volveremos para probar sin duda otros platos ricos con sabor llanero……..
