I have been a regular customer and I’ve had good experience up until tonight. I got Alfredo chicken pizza in which the chicken was stale and hard like plastic, it smelled horrible, at first it was no big deal for me but I still chose to call in to let them know. The woman who picked up the phone didn’t try to listen and started arguing, I said it’s not that serious I just wanted to let you know about it just for the sake of it. Then she offered me a free small pizza to which humbly declined and said I don’t need the pizza I just needed acknowledgement to the fact that you guys messed up my dinner. But I guess they don’t care.

I recently ordered a vegetarian Pizza , and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. I specifically asked for a veggie pizza, but when I received it, there was meat on it. As a vegetarian, this is a big deal for me, and I was really upset to see the mix-up. I contacted the restaurant about the mistake, but overall, the experience left me questioning their attention to detail. I hope they can improve on getting orders right, especially when it comes to dietary restrictions. Wouldn’t recommend ordering here if you have specific dietary preferences.

We ordered 4 pizzas by takeout. It said 20 mins they would be ready. We came maybe after 30 or more mins. They were not really yet, so that was as a bit annoying. The ladies be being the counter were very nice and were apologetic. It was a Friday night so no biggy.
The pizza was good. I would order it over dominos or Pizza Pizza or place Ed like that. I got the taco pizza. Was good. My friend got the bacon burger and it was also really good. The Italian feast was on. Nothing great, but the taco pizza I enjoyed. I would eat here again.

Their Hawaiian hurricane pizza is my favourite. The jalapeños on there bring the heat. I’ve had that pizza so many times & never get sick of it. The crust has the perfect crunch. I hope they never change their ways of loading their pizza with toppings. Love that ❤️

Tonight We ordered veg pizza via uber with buy one get one offer. One of the pizza had a piece of pepperoni on it. So I called the store , Jasmine answered it & she addressed the problem & accepted the mistake, Also apologised. I asked to talk to the manager , she kept the phone on hold and then answered she’s the one who’s answerable for this issue. After talking for 13 mins , despite of the fact we had a gathering at our place which was ruined already, She said all she can do is offer a pizza by today or tomorrow, which we have to go & pick . When I said its not possible then she blatantly said thats all she can do . Didn’t even agree to extend the option to redeem with in 7 days . Lastly she disconnected the call by saying she’s busy & can’t do anything about it. It’s highly unethical & disappointing.
