Meals: Nuggets and waffle fries, chicken sandwich, no cheese/bacon, with side salad
Food: AMAZING!! I will say nuggets size is small. If you are looking for a meal, go bigger than the 8 piece. Rather than nuggets, I’d say popcorn chicken. They are delicious though! And who doesn’t love waffle fries?! The sandwich was super good as well, standard excellence a person has come to expect from Chick-fil-A!
Service: We took one step inside the restaurant and we were greeted by three different people. Maybe four…lol! Everyone is super kind and they value the customer experience!
Atmosphere: It’s a brand new building however I feel Chick-fil-A is super clean everywhere you go. Whom ever planned this building out, great job! The lighting is perfect, wall coverings too. Great job!!
Chick-fil-A has a superior level of consistency no matter what restuarant you go to! State, county, city…doesn’t matter. You will always get the same level of consistancy at every location and that’s hard to find these days!!

We usually go through the mobile drive thru. But today we decided to go through the regular drive thru. This is our first time at this location. The only thing we were dissatisfied with was the girl helping us kept interrupting us when we would order. We had multiple meals. I would order and she would immediately say anything else. She said “anything else” about 7 or 8 times. It seemed very rushed. Makes me wanna order through mobile drive from now on to not experience that again.
Had to wait a bit. Some of the fries were overcooked but overall it was good food.

Okay first of all I love cfa I go quite often. But this one was horrible the worst we went because my wife was craving some. She got a spicy chicken sandwich French fries and a medium de pepper I got the new milk shake. The milk shake wasn’t bad but it tased like coffee. But let’s start at the beginning when we arrived we had to wait to get our order because there was no one there we went up to the drive through box that isn’t used anymore where there waiting for a long time we where about to dive off but finally someone spoke whoever was on was rude and seemed hurried. Then when we went to go get the food and pay they took my credit cared inside the store to scan didn’t ask about the app or if I wanted any sauces I asked for cfa sauces when she came back and where do I scam for points she said the recipe was in the bag but I did not find one. Will not be retuning here

Our third attempt to try this fairly new location as I live closer to it than the other one. All 3x has been thru drive thru. I’m Shocked the chik fila corporate is allowing this store to operate so poorly .
They need employees that are fully trained until the newbies can work effectively . Current employees are confused and distracted with talking to others rather than the customers. There doesn’t seem to be any experienced employees working We may try again in 3 months

Staff doesn’t move with a purpose . They just take their poor time. Always have to wait awhile no matter if you go through the mobile drive thru or regular drive thru. If the customer at the front of the line is waiting on their order, and I’m third in line, I get my food before them, but still have to sit there until all the other cars move, which is ridiculous. Please do better!

I came here to have lunch one day service was terrible everybody just standing around talking and when they’re not, they’re bothered to help you. Also the restaurant is too small. I feel like you’re breathing everybody’s air.
