Honestly not very impressed. Did the 2 for 12 deal on the 6 inch cheese steak. Flavors were mainly plain bread and mayo. Toppings were skimpy at best compared to every other sandwich place out there. I’m assuming there were onions and peppers etc that were supposed to be on it present, but couldn’t taste them. Definitely not giving value or flavor for your money particularly when we have fantastic places like Wario’s and DiBella’s available. Did I complain to the managers? No. I don’t see a point with their price point and offerings. I won’t be returning.

Never buy wings here! Got a 10 piece classic & fry, and these poor old wings had been over cooked and then sat under a heat lamp for a few hours. A bag of beef jerky has a softer consistency than these leathery wings. Next time I want to eat wings like this, I will just go chew on my car tire for free.

Went there for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Place was quiet, but had good atmosphere. The cashier woman was friendly and helpful, and the other employee brought our food out to us in a timely manner.
Good was decent, about average for Charley’s. I ordered a #7, which at this time is the Philly Steak and Cheese. It came with OK fries.
Clean bathrooms, great view of TV for sports and such. I would probably go again.

I placed an order for the location I live close to. The app decided to change it to a location 3 hours away from my home. I am not driving three hours to pick up food. Then when I call to get it cancelled I was treated rudely and told they dont cancel orders. There is jo way to reach corporate. There is no way to get help. Terrible app. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience. The manager and the workers. All completely ruined the experience.
