This store is by far one of the worst. My crust is always flat never fluffy. The customer service is crap. The workers will sit and ignore u while ur at the window. I sat there for 7 mins tonight while I watched one man stand at the ovens flipping the paddle whiles another man is talking to him then a lady comes around she goes straight to closing up boxes never once looked at the window. So I pull up to go inside I aggravated from hell at this point cause where is the customer service for god sake. So I go in the lady asked for my name then tells my total and tells me to come to drive thru to pay I said I already tried to pay right here but got ignored. But rewind once I walked in low and behold another worker I didnt see prior just standing there on her phone right by the drive thru. I know damn well she heard the bell. The manager lady tried to tell me it wasn’t me when I sat there for another 4 mins after I seen u appear. I will definitely start going elsewhere. This place is a joke and so are the workers. Do better.

Easy to pick up through the drive through, but there usually is quite a wait so you may want to go before the pizza is done so it’s not sitting there waiting on you while you’re stuck in the drive through. The pizza is fine, it’s Papa John’s, but each time, the crust has been HUGE. They don’t do the sauce and toppings to the edge so you have about two inches of just crust.

The pizzas have usually been pretty good and service has been great up until today.
Placed my order online as usual and paid, like I always do. The girl in the window was rude and reminded me that there was a tip box and handed me a receipt to fill out.
They usually just hand me the pizzas and receipt and I’m on my way.
I don’t mind tipping when it is deserved, but you truly did nothing for me. I placed my own order, spent my own time and gas to pick it up. Who gets my tip?? I’m not asked to tip staff when I place a tip for delivery??
The cook and window are paid hourly, and to have the audacity to point out the “tip” box absolutely floored me. If you think you deserve more for handing me my pizzas you should ask for a raise.
Ontop of that, the pizzas looked absolutely sad and made with absolutely no care at all. (The thin crust was a pepperoni/pineapple with extra “paid for” pineapple, the other one of their “specialty 6 cheese”)

i don’t know know if it’s the business itself or just the employees they have hired but after today i will no longer deal with papa john’s PERIOD. i ordered a pizza for delivery, the delivery driver knocked on the wrong door and gave my pizza to a random person without them confirming the name on the order and also let them illegally sign off on the order and i used my debit card to place the order.. i called the store letting them know that i didn’t receive the order and the lady name ashley was combative,argumentative, continuously talked over me, she even told me that they don’t verify the order or the given name on the order they just give to whoever answered the door. when i was trying to tell ashley that the delivery driver took a photo and left the pizza on the ground by the mailboxes that’s when she said someone signed for it… so if someone signed for it why isn’t there a picture of you giving it to the person that signed….? so you just give it to a random? so as i’m trying to find a solution to my problem that these unprofessional people have created miss nasty at the mouth hangs up in my face. i called back twice and she kept hanging up in my face. so now things are being escalated to corporate, you don’t even get paid enough to act the way you did and it was honestly disgusting. ashley needs to find a better occupation bc being a papa john’s “assistant manager” ain’t it boo. literally all the 1 star reviews speaks VOLUME on how distasteful this place is

I placed an online order for Oreo Bites, Cinnamon Bites, and two large pizzas with extra sauce and cheese. When I arrived at the drive-thru to pick up my order, I was informed that part of it had been accidentally taken by a delivery driver. The cashier first offered me a refund then I stated I wanted the oreo bites she offered to make them again but would be 8 minutes. I agreed to wait.

After waiting 15–20 minutes for the Oreo Bites, the cashier brought out all of order out at once. Upon checking all items before leaving, we noticed we were missing the extra peppers, Italian seasoning packets, and garlic sauce we attatched to our order. The pizzas were also now lukewarm from sitting out and did not have the extra sauce or cheese I had ordered and paid for.

My wife returned the pizzas inside and asked for them to be remade. The manager, who refused to give his name, stated that he had made the pizzas himself and would not remake them, offering only a refund instead. My wife came to get me from the car and told me he was being rude (argumentative) to her and refused to remake them. i got out the car and approached the manager to address the situation. Rather than de-escalating, listening to our concerns, and making things right, he chose to be argumentative with me as well.

I asked for his name, and the cashier’s name, but both refused. When I requested the corporate contact number and the General Manager’s information, the manager told me to “do your research.” When I mentioned that I work in Human Resources and that this is not how customers should be treated, the cashier sarcastically responded, “Awww congratulations,” and laughed. The manager then told me you can take that pizza and leave and I’ll give you a refund. I stated no I just want it remade. I was not leaving till it’s remade. He then stated oh no sir your going to get the Hell out my store or I’m calling the cops. I told him to call them! All of this over my order that YOU didn’t make right! Once again I asked for the GM name and contact info he still refused and proceeded to call 911. I left the pizzas in the store and left.

This interaction was unprofessional and unacceptable. I have been a loyal Papa John’s customer for over 20 years! Driving 30 minutes to this location while passing other pizza chains because I’ve always valued the quality of your food. However, after tonight’s experience, I can no longer say I will return.

Rude workers, I pay with my money and they don’t want to take my money. I highly recommend not ordering from this Papa Johns. All if the workers are rude as heck and so are the delivery drivers.

Ordered a thin crust x-cheese and XL New York style. XL New York was great. Everyone loved it. The thin crust w/ x-cheese was lacking cheese. I have to say, Little Ceasars thin crust is much better AND CHEAPER! The cheese on it didn’t cover it. Very disappointing.

The service and pizza is usually pretty good but herelately they have really been slacking. I ordered a hand tossed crust pizza and they sent NY style and half the pizza was only bread. They are declining in service. The last 3 orders of mine have been bad. They definitely need new management.

Pulled in the parking lot to use my papa dough on the app. Placed my order at 10:50, 2 min later the order canceled. We pulled through the drive through and was told that they cut the ovens off and wasn’t making the food we just ordered. Insainly unprofessional and lazy. And ill be makeing sure corporate gets wind of this. Its impressive how lazy workers get when left unsupervised. Must be rolling in customers to let your employees rudely turn them away and cancel the order. And from my understanding only managers can cancel orders so why is management killing ovens early and turning profits away?
