I love this place but today I spent 10+ minutes just sitting in a drive-through and that was disappointing. I love their food. I love everything except for sitting in line for 11+15 minutes I think is what it was and so if we can improve on that then we have nothing to worry about but other than that. I give it five stars, but with this line we got it I mean to try to do better at 7:38 on a Monday not a rush-hour, right I do gotta give it up for the girl at the register. She was nice and kind and trying her hardest.

As of today, February 5, I ordered a combo through the drive-through that included a mocha, and the mocha was expired. I tried calling the store afterward but received no answer. This is disgusting.

This Burger King is the way things were once upon a time. I have stopped by here twice and both times my service was excellent. Though what really makes this place stand out is a young man behind the counter. He moves with purpose and when someone walks in he greets them promptly, and as I ate my lunch he asked every customer if they needed anything to just ask him. Multiple customers came inside that seemed to be regulars and he asked how family members were and was totally engaged in not only his job but each customer. I tried on my receipt to catch his name but it’s not there I could not get a good look at his name tag but I believe it’s Byron or Brycen or something along those lines. He even spoke multiple languages and treated his non English speaking customers with the same care.
Along with this amazing service the dining room was spotless and I am blown away by what I expected to only be a quick stop on a jam packed day out working. Kudos to the B named employee keep up this kind of work and you will go far in this life.
To this management promote this young man he is building community in what in recent years is just a transactional business.

Recently started going to Burger King again after years. They are better than McDonald’s in my opinion. Thank you for closing the drive thru later at night also which is nice for my work late schedule. Staff here is always nice. Please support BK everyone.

i originally ordered two chicken sandwiches today 10/23/24, used the bogo coupon and ordered a large drink and fry. in person. my order came to the counter and she didnt put the fry on the order. so i got back in line, kindly ordered my fry and had her toss it in my bag. THEN i get home, eat my first sandwich, wait hours before eating the next one. only about two hours in the fridge. the bun has MOLD ON IT. there are no burnt places on the paper. i have never seen this before. what the hell? and the phone number doesnt go through.

The worst fast food in the area. The slowest, I mean unimaginably slow place! When you finally do get your food, it’s typically wrong. The last three times it’s averaged 18 minutes from getting in line to leaving with my incorrect order.

Got food poisoning, all the food isn’t cooked fresh at night they will give you food that has been sitting for awhile. I received cold food even with an empty drive thru.

The food has been as good as In eclectic every time. On my last visit, there was a mistake in our order with the wrong burger being given in the drive-thru. First time they’re been a mistake out of the five or six visits so far. Friendly staff and tasty food.

Came in around 6:30 pm. Their menu brightness is on high wore my sunglasses to see. The lady working the window literally said NOTHING to me but the total. I was in at the window for probably 5 minutes. It was dark so I couldn’t see the burger, I ate q quarter of it before I realized it was basically raw. Paid $12 for a raw burger qnd side patty. The part I did eat was blasted with salt. Today I’m not feeling too well, thanks guys.
