Ambience – Everywhere is coffee and nicely decorated place with comfort seating.
Service – we tried dine in and drive through, both provided great service. Very professional and service oriented. Very patient in taking orders and in suggesting for newbies.
Taste – Ordered cappuccino and macchiato with double shot espresso. Really refreshing , makes you to start new day again whenever you’ve it.
Really loved it.
After drinking our beverages, we all needed to use the restroom facilities. That’s when we discovered we were required to ask for a key from the very person that refused to speak to me when I politely asked for the straws. Being in our 60’s, we hadn’t experienced locked restrooms since visiting cheap gas stations back in the 1970’s. So that in itself was rather bizarre to say the least. Then, we discovered the restroom was dirty, and had obviously not been cleaned for some time. There were dried urine looking substances all along the toilet seat, as well as layers of dust throughout (especially on top of the paper towel holder), and a nasty, dirty, plunger left under the sink.
Like I mentioned before, I was embarrassed for subjecting my good friends from out of town to this horrible experience. The only redeeming part of our visit, was that we were able to wash the horrible taste of that experience out of our mouths by visiting most of the other stores in the area. The other establishments had some of the nicest people anyonewouldbe happy to have met, and spent lots of money at their establishments.
One more thing that was uncomfortable was the fact that this establishment, that locks the filthy restroom door, was allowing a non-service large dog, that were blocking the walkway inside the store, to roam around the store and randomly sniff customers… how bizarre is that… the dog was more welcomed than paying customers.
We will never go back to any PJ’S every again after experiencing such horrific service, and certainly would warn any unsuspecting potential customers to stay away.
But please, do yourself a tremendous favor, and visit all the other fine, friendly, welcoming establishments in the lovely tiwn of Bay St. Louis Mississippi!
