Run away… far far away. This spot is located in a shopping center with super chargers. I decided to get some Pho while my car was charging. First order of business… hit the restroom. So glad I did because after being in there I determined to get the hell out of there. Please see the stomach turning photo attached to my review. It is truly the most cringe thing I’ve ever seen. At first I thought they painted the underside of the toilet seat in gold leaf. On further inspection it turned out to be URINE. I held my nose (not joking here) and walked out to the hostess stand and explained that I would not be dining in this establishment and that they should be ashamed. I explained I’d be writing this review and was told that I shouldn’t. My next task is to call Maricopa county health. Conditions like this should be nowhere near food. Don’t get me started on the urinal with a black trash bag over it that was also full or urine. The bathroom
Mirror looked as if a dog had been bathed. Not cleaned for at least as long as the toilet. After my exchange with the hostess I walked out. Here are a couple more photos of the front door handle which you have to touch to enter. My skin is crawling. This place would be an excellent place to swab for biology students to grow very colorful bacterial colonies. I didn’t try the food, and hopefully I have saved you from a horrible bout of dysentery, or worse. This review stays up until I get a chance to come back and see it’s been cleaned.

I got veggie pho and the broth was the weirdest I have ever had in my life. Like it was sweetened??? So strange. Veggies were not fresh at all. Only giving two stars because my husband liked his steak pho.

The staff are all so sweet!! The atmosphere makes you feel at home. It was my first time here and I will most definitely come back. We tried 3 different pho dishes: steak, brisket and shrimp. All were delicious! The broth is so good. Drank the rest on the way home. The crab puffs were also very delish. 10/10!!

Spring rolls – large, decently filled, fresh and crispy vegetables, juicy pork. Came with a delicious peanut dipping sauce.
Steak Pho- super fresh and hot. Very good. The broth is amazing and the steak is tender.
Thai tea – came out so beautiful, and delicious. I love Thai tea and have had it many places, but Lotus makes it very well

4.5 of 5. It was very good Pho just wish the broth had a little more/deeper flavor. On the other hand my partner said the broth was their favor part-“loved the ginger and sesame flavor”.. Otherwise everything seemed very fresh and tasty! The rolls had a good flavor and the dipping sauce was great! The Thai Tea was perfect as it was not to sweet- just the way I prefer!

This spot was amazing it was a last minute decision and the food was a decent price. I would say you get what you payed for we got 60$ worth of food and was well cooked very well portioned. Amazing customer service. Would come here 1,000 times a week if I could. So so so good. Thank you.

I recently visited this pho restaurant and the service was good they were a little busy and there was a little rush, but totally worth the wait. We had a good time. We laughed a lot. The food was amazingly delicious. Definitely recommend to stop by if you haven’t yet.
