I had a great experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe on N New Ballas Rd in Creve Coeur! The Acai Bowl is definitely the best item on the menu — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The acai base was smooth and rich, topped with sweet fresh fruits and crunchy granola. It tastes healthy and refreshing at the same time.
The staff was very friendly, service was fast, and the cafe was clean and welcoming. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a delicious and healthy option. I will definitely come back again!

Fake health food. Their “grilled chicken” is cheap distributor meat swimming in inflammatory seed oils. Zero high-quality fats like EVOO or butter… just the same cheap canola oil used at every basic fast-food drive thru. Stop marketing this as a healthy option when you use bottom tier ingredients

When I was given this bowl for almost $12, the açai is frozen in the bottom and it taste like it’s been sitting in the freezer for a while. The blueberries were almost frozen,. I was not satisfied at all and I will never go back to this place. Don’t waste your money!!!!!!!!!!!! Not even much in the bowl

Order delivery at your own risk!!! At work we placed a large order for the office, and the restaurant had DoorDash deliver it. When we unpacked everything, we were missing multiple meals. When we called the restaurant, they told us they gave it to us and insinuated we must be lying to them. They never offered to contact DoorDash or provide any resolution, so we were just left paying for food we did not get. Won’t be doing that again!!

Today I visited the tropical smoothie cafe which is near to my house and I fell in love with acai bowl,it’s just full of flavors and health.The service is very quick and the people very welcoming. Defenetly worth to visit.

I used to really like this place and have visited many times, usually ordering the same food I enjoy. However, today’s visit was very disappointing.
While I was there, what looked like the owner arrived with a large group — around 7 or 8 people — and brought them into the kitchen area where food is prepared. They were walking around each food station, observing everything closely. I understand if he wanted to show off his business, but bringing that many people from outside into the kitchen is absolutely inappropriate, especially when food is being made.
To make matters worse, some of the women in the group had their hair loose, and I noticed the actual employees weren’t wearing any hairnets either. That’s a big hygiene concern.
Unfortunately, because of what I saw today, I won’t be coming back to this location. I still like Tropical Smoothie Cafe as a brand, but I’d advise others to be cautious with this particular store.

We were really excited when Tropical Smoothie Cafe opened near us. We placed an order for dine-in. The person taking the order did not ask us the necessary questions to get our order right, and she could not answer our questions either. They just seemed very unorganized and not well trained. We overheard other customers who placed orders that were not accurate either. Hopefully, it gets better with more practice and training.
