Crust Collective was an absolute standout and easily some of the best pizza in Portland. The pizza was exceptional, perfectly balanced, deeply flavorful, and clearly made with real attention to detail. The beet salad was just as memorable, fresh, vibrant, and beautifully prepared.
The atmosphere is effortlessly cool and cozy at the same time, the kind of space you want to linger in. And the Thom Yorke playing in the background was the perfect touch, setting such a thoughtful, elevated mood for the whole experience.
Incredible food, beautiful energy, and a team that makes you feel genuinely welcome. Already can’t wait to go back.

Great lunch spot in Slabtown. The seasonal salad and cheesy bread was the perfect combo. The sandwiches also looked great. Best part about this place was the friendly service. Looking forward to trying out a pizza next time.

The service was really wonderful. We loved our waiter. I loved that there were a couple of vegan options but the pizza was not quite the experience I hoped for. The crust and vegan cheese are good but the sauce and toppings were lackluster. There is so much greens piled on top that it was very messy to eat.

Had The Monty sandwich. Very good soft bread with great toppings. $1 pickle. $8.50 pints of local Portland beer. Prices are pretty high but, it’s trendy NW PDX.
Will return for another sandwich.

Fuggs with it. Delicious. Crunchy/soft crust, sweet and tangy sauce, and the toppings are fresh and plentiful. 15 min to make the pie which is standard for an authentic deep dish style. Don’t question it… just do it.

Wife and I stopped by the Crust collective over in NW. We’ve always enjoyed the pizza over at the brewery so we needed to try the sandwichs. We split a Stallion cause it sounded delicious. The sandwich was great and nice evenly balanced meat cheese and veggies with that nice spice from the pepper relish. I would definitely stop in again and grab a sandwich or pizza, very delish.

Sad to say me & the lady did not really particularly enjoy our trip. Pizza was good, but for the price it was not inspiring. We got the pepperoni on happy hour which came out to 19 (?) for a two person portion. Ingredients were great but the second it wasn’t hot out of the oven the overall taste was meh.
Cesar salad tasted like nothing, the lemon wedge provided 70% of the flavor for the dish.
Standout was certainly the little treat cocktail, really amazing & something I have never tasted before. Wonderful service, great location etc but end of the day I wasn’t very excited about the food. Have to try the sandwiches still as I understand those are kind of the standout menu item.

Pleasant location with great beer and good food. I had beer(tasty) and a Beet and Burrata salad plate (also very tasty). My only negative – seems a bit expensive for the ingredients and portion size.

This was our second awesome experience at the Crust Collective. The Detroit-style pizzas were beyond tasty. The service was super friendly, competent, and made the whole experience next level. Andy was a total hero. And the beer was just terrific, as you’d expect from Ruse. This is going to become a regular for us. My wife loves it, and she doesn’t normally like pizza!
