This was a really nice spot for food, drinks and music. Our waiter was great. They don’t have a huge menu but the food was really good. I had a margarita that was awesome. I had the blackened grouper with the vegetable medley and a salad. We also had buffalo and honey habanero wings and bang bang shrimp. The band was a great addition and they kept the dance floor packed and the people on their feet the whole time.

From the moment I connected with Matt, the owner, I knew we were in great hands. Planning from Ohio came with its challenges, but Matt made everything effortless. He was always responsive, flexible, and genuinely invested in making the evening perfect. He even went above and beyond by letting us ship some décor items, like our welcome sign and easel, directly to his home. The night itself couldn’t have been better — the food was incredible, the service was seamless, and the atmosphere captured exactly what we envisioned: fun, casual yet classy, and comfortable for all of our guests. It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding weekend, and I can’t recommend Jake & Henry’s enough.

Great restaurant! So nice to get away from the Destin traffic and 2 hour waits. We got a seat instantly at 6pm. The surf and turf was amazing. Big juicy steak and awesome shrimp. The drinks were strong and the live music was very entertaining. Even have a little area were people were dancing. Great service too. The fried calamari was also delicious.

Will definitely be going back to this wonderful restaurant. Food was top quality, and the quantity left you stuffed. Our waiter was always attentive to make sure our evening was satisfied, with a visit from the owner as well to make sure we were enjoying the evening. The dualling pianos was absolutely fantastic and a must to see if and when you can. The piano skills, singing and a mix of comedy kept you involved from start to finish.

Had a great time here. The band was nice and the drinks were great. Had great dialogue with the staff on a minor food issue but overall was a very good evening. The blackened grouper was really good. The local band was the big winner for a fun night out listening to good music and having a good time. If in the area, they are worth a try.

Came for brunch today, we are here on vacation from Louisiana. Absolutely delicious food with impeccable service! The grouper was amazing not to mention bottomless mimosas
