I will NOT be coming back to this location. Service was horrible. I don’t know if the cashier (female) was having a bad day, but she had a disgusting attitude. The picture on the left is what she first showed me. You can’t really tell from the picture, but the fries were not fresh nor hard as I requested. She said well the food been sitting there for a while. You called at 6:10 . I said and your said 10 minutes. I got here at 6:30 . I said regardless, the fires will not get soft that quickly nor will it be brown. I said the grease is old. I would like fresh fries. She had them to drop the same fries in the grease (probably the same old grease) and showed me again. I said ma’am these are the same fries in the same old grease. Please change the grease. I said I don’t have this problem at the two notch . She said we are owned by two different people. Then said Two notch have roaches and that she could show me on video cam. I said you just said y’all are not owned by the same people and secondly why do you have this alleged video. She took my food back and came with the fries on the right hand side. I said now this is fresh. She said I thought you wanted them hard. I said they are hard and I told her she had a nasty attitude. This place may want to consider putting a friendly customer service representative in the front for future customers.

The wings took about 10 minutes to complete. They were the perfect size, crisp, and flavor! Great customer service when taking my order and just as friendly packing everything up. We ordered lemon pepper, honey garlic, and teriyaki. All were delicious.

Visited the restaurant and was delighted to be there. The cashier was very nice and helpful. This place is popular for what I seen with all the people in and out. Talked to a few of the customers to get a gauge on the restaurant because it was our first time there or any other US deli. We both ordered the 10 wing combo. Mild for one and Honey Mustard for the other. Flavors was good along with the fries. Now I will tell you this, if you don’t eat all of the food the same day and you have leftovers for the next day I would suggest putting the wings and fries in the oven instead of the microwave. The fries became more of a mushy frozen texture and wings wasn’t as good. We will definitely be back but will definitely eat everything the same day.

blatantly ignores customers when they ask for burgers or gyros plain and serves them up “as they always come” with condiments when explicitly asked not to. no sugar free drink options for diabetics or those not able to process refined sugars and processed syrups. not worth the waste of time or money.

She mocked me in Spanish and laughed like no one could understand her, disgusting behavior. From my perspective I took it as racism, I will not be coming back to this location further more.

I have never been to a place where you paid for extra meat and still got this less of food. I literally had 5 slices of gyro meat and that was extra meat. This was suppose to be a Philly cheese steak. Then they had the nerve to have a sign up that says no refunds or remakes. I see why. This location on Hardscrable I will never go there again. This is pathetic.

The food is okay but the service is a little slow. Depending on the cashier sometimes they are friendly and courteous but not always. It’s always clean when I visit. The lemonades are always to syrupy or sweet.

I ordered my food to be delivered to me, and even though the food was tasty, I’m disappointed by the fact that I order a combo with a drink and I did not get my drink. Also, I put a special note for my fries to be seasoned with seasoned salt and they did not do that either.
