It was very hard to hear, but it’s busy so I get it. I ordered carry-out pizza with pepperoni and pineapple with extra sauce. No way there was extra sauce. Disappointed! Last week I got extra sauce and they put extra sauce. I ordered cinnamon bites, chicken bacon sandwich and chicken bacon/tomato bake. Ordered two sauces hot buffalo & Sweet Habanero. They gave me 2 buffalo sauces. Disappointed! I did get 2 icing for cinnamon bites . The twins customer service was excellent and the other girl was fine too, that tried to help me with my order too. I guess I have to check my sauces next time! I did leave a tip because they deserved it, but wish my pizza had extra sauce and wish I would have got my Mango habanero. Maybe you can give me a free one next time & extra sauce in pizza would be nice too!

I’ve been ordering from this Dominos location for around 5-6 years. Their pizza is great, no complaints there. My favorite is the chicken Alfredo, but not here. I have ordered the Alfredo multiple times, occasionally checking extra sauce too. Each time, the pasta is dry and literally no Alfredo sauce. The pizzas are great from this location but the pastas, not so much. I will no longer be coming to this location because one, I’m not wasting my money and two, I want Alfred sauce. If I order the Alfredo, I should not receive dry pasta without sauce. Please speak with your team members so customers can receive an order that seems quite simple. The wait times are decent though, always get my items fairly quickly, but none of that matters when you pay for food that isn’t even..what you ordered??

So I ordered pizza on the app. Took 30 min . The tracker said it’s ready. I show up. Pizza not even close to being done. Waited inside the store 25min… They give me my pizza. They are missing one while pizza. They make it I waited another 15 or so min for the last one.
I asked for chili pepper flakes and cheese. Guy says we have to charge you for them.
I just waited 40 min for my pizza that were supposed to be done already.

Place an online order through the Dominos App, 2 medium pan pizzas and order of cheesy tots, tots were over cooked and second slice of pizza my husband pulled out a long black hair very disappointed in our order. We did notify customer service, hopefully they will look into the quality control as well as checking to see if all employees are wearing hair nets, hair was pretty long!!

Made me wait for a replacement pizza because they didnt add cheese anf the pizza was cold. Seriously they wanted their pizza back…2022 review had to reorder a pizza you will see why when I upload the pics but the make up made me give them a better star rating. Probably the first time I’ve ever 1 starred a Domino’s. This is my favorite pizza place ever so incredibly disappointing to have to 1 star.
I asked the employee (Tommy) if I could get garlic butter added to my pizza he said we don’t do that only to the crust, I rephrased so I could get the garlic butter on the pizza itself not just the crust. He again said they don’t do that. I tried to explain that I’ve had it done every other time on each other pizza I’ve had here at this location and every other time at every other location. He said they don’t do that. Again I asked if he would and he said no.
There is no option to offer garlic butter online otherwise I’d request it there. So just letting my pizza get cold as I write this review xD charge me a service fee. I’ll happily pay it. The garlic butter is worth it. Will update if the pizza is bad.
