Great counter serve place with fast and pleasant service. Portions are large and everything is cooked fresh. Had the spicy power bowl and potstickers. Perfect blend of savory, sweet, and spicy. Definitely coming back again

Eggroll was good.
Spicy orange chicken and spicy chicken were very good, just wished my bowl came with more. ( I finished them too quick, lol) Veggies were ok but had no seasoning. The brown rice seemed from the bottom of the pan, crispy, flavorless, and over cooked.
I liked that they used thighs for the chicken teriyaki. It was moist and had good flavor. The yakisoba noodles were excellent.
Cleanliness could be improved. They also need to properly fix their wainscoting. You can tell they have tried, but its still falling off the wall.

I absolutely love the chick who works here at the front counter, she’s so friendly, I love her energy. Doesn’t hurt the food is really good. But honestly I look forward to seeing her every time I order there! Thanks for your good attitude towards the service industry, it’s appreciated.

I dont quite know where to start! All amazing experience at this location. First time going to this teriyaki madness. The manager at the front counter Killian i think his name was, was extremely helpful. He recommended the 2 protein bowl to me. Best choice. The fact that you can try 2 different proteins really stood out so I took his recommendation of the most 2 popular items (I usually get the katsu or the spicy chicken which at some locations is usually a miss) the spicy chicken and the chicken teriyaki over noodles and veggies. I wanted the rice but he convinced me and made a point that you can get rice almost anywhere with an Asian inspired meal and that the noodles are slightly healthier in whole from rice (Had to quickly google that information). But he was right. He also recommended the pot stickers which ive never had. I personally like how the manager wasn’t only the cashier but also the cook as well. He gave an estimate of how long and he was right on the money. I stood there and watched this man cook my food while cooking other orders as well. Noodles were very tasty, and the veggies I know he had cooked fresh, well seasoned, cabbage and everything still had that crunch to it and wasn’t soggy as most teriyaki madness restaurants serve. Star of the show, the meats. The spicy chicken was actually spicy for once, not on the sweet side, which was exactly what I was looking for. The teriyaki chicken which he explained were thighs were extremely juicy. Nice compliment to the spicy chicken. And the potstickers, glad i took his recommendation. Delicious all around for the appetizer. Not only did he take my order, cook my food, he also served me the food. After eating this massive meal I asked him how long he has been working for the company, he giggled and said only a month and gave me a recommendation for the next visit on what to get. A spicy chicken bowl yakisoba style. Which in this case I will most definitely be trying from this location as he says the spice mixed in with everything compliments everything all around. Also gave me a recommendation of the chicken teriyaki bowl yakisoba style for a little bit of sweetness. Kudos to this man for being a beast, involved and not being an office manager that you never see. I will definitely be back to this location more, best teriyaki madness ive ever had. Music was popping with some upbeat violin/edm (had to ask what was playing). Truly was bobbing my head while eating, very enjoyable to listen to and eat. Lastly, the restaurant and bathrooms were super clean which is a huge bonus. Again, will definitely be back

Honestly this has ruined my day will never eat here again. The meat is incredibly small you eat basically pebbles worth of chicken. The sauce is drench all over to the point that you are basically eating chunky soup the noodles are way to oily and the package is absorbed. It should be nicely placed in the bowl like the picture not just thrown ontop like slop.

I normally go to the one closer to my house in St Charles (NEVER HAD A ISSUE) but today I decided to go to the one by my job in Rolling Meadows and I must say i was VERY DISAPPOINTED. My food was burnt, it taste like rubber and extremely dry. I called the manager and he just seem like he was very much careless about it, I will not be coming back to this location EVER AGAIN

I wanted to like this place.
I got a large protein bowl. Paid 17.30 for five pieces of chicken and lots of veggies. Good flavor and fresh ingredients but VERY SMALL portions.
Panda Express across the street stuffs the containers and one portion of chicken at Panda is bigger than this “large” bowl I paid for.
Total waste of money.
Don’t waste your hard earned dollars.

First time trying this concept and it was very tasty. I ordered the Chicken Katsu bowl with veggies and white rice. I thought it was a good sized portion. The Katsu sauce had a nice flavor. I also tried some of the teriyaki sauce and it was solid. I liked that they didn’t put the sauce on before hand so I could try both sauces at my leisure. The price to upgrade to a combo at just under $4 was fair. It came with a drink and an egg roll accompanied with a great ginger sauce. My gf also enjoyed her steak teriyaki bowl (I tried it too and again, good taste) The owner took our order and he was very friendly and conversational with us and other guests as we enjoyed our food. It’s a good sign for a restaurant when management has a strong presence. He even checked on us while eating and another couple to make sure the food was alright. Not something that happens often at a fast casual dining. I would definitely come back again.

Not going to lie this place is delicious! But this is the 2nd time that I go in & my chicken is burnt! It was very unpleasant to eat, so I stopped & threw it in the trash. PLEASE management, inform the day time cook with the glasses & long hair to watch over the food & not burn it! That is why I give you 1 star.
