I hope Dominos’ decision was worth it to them, because they just lost themselves a loyal customer over this. I will be ordering Pizza Hut instead, as their pizza is far better than Dominos Pizza anyway.
Seems that someone else took my order tonight on accident, and the team handled it very professionally, offering an extra item due to the accident. Once i received my food, all was well and the pizza was delicious as always.
I would like to also offer some advice to the team, that some extra transparency would go a long way in future situations like this. Telling customers like me straight up and quickly what happened, would help me feel at ease about situations. But overall, I appreciate how everything was handled and will continue ordering from this location going forward.

Today, I visited the store around 4 PM to address the issue and see if the burned pizza could be replaced. The person I spoke with turned out to be the manager, which made the experience even more disappointing. When I explained the situation, she asked if I called the store last night to speak to the manager on duty. I explained that I did not because we had guests, but I had brought a photo of the burned pizza to show the issue.
Instead of taking responsibility for resolving the problem, she insisted that I had to call and stated that I would need to reach out again and speak with the manager who was working last night, as it wasn’t her shift at the time. This response felt like a way to deflect responsibility, despite her position as the current manager on duty. It’s frustrating that a customer would have to jump through additional hoops to address a mistake made by the store.
As I was leaving, I said thanks, but her dismissive and unwelcoming demeanor left me even more disappointed. At this point, I don’t feel comfortable ordering from this location again. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously to improve how they handle customer concerns moving forward and refund me for all the orders I placed in the past that apparently no one is there to take responsibility for their issues.
We’ve been ordering from this Domino’s for a long time, even before they moved to this location, and never has the quality of service gone down or been sacrificed.
Sometimes there’s a wait and that’s to be expected on weekends, holidays or big game days so I don’t judge on that. And when theth is a wait, the staff is apologetic and sympathetic for making the customer wait.
Regarding the pizza – this is the same as the staff…consistently good. Made exactly as ordered and hot. The dining area is also very clean and organized which is inviting and assuring to customers. Always happy with this Domino’s. Seriously, look at what you get with every order. Near perfection.
I finally had enough and ask a third time and someone else gets involved and still no pie. So, they have not even started on it and this is 15 to 20 minutes after the app said it was ready. I ask to cancel my order at this point. No one seems to know how….wow. I ask for a copy of the cancelled order so that I can make sure I am not charged…..and again, no one knows how to give me anything.
I finally ask for a phone number so that I can call about my experience and they fumble around like they don’t know what number to give me. Unbelievable. It’s not until I ask for the phone number and I am walking out that someone finally says, sorry. That’s it. No, we can fix this, we will get your pie made…..nothing.
I will not be back to this location any time soon.
Google won’t allow two reviews so I have to add to my already existing review. I ordered a few pizzas and of course my almost $17 pizza was wrong. Picture posted. Philly pan pizza, one side everything with jalapeños, one side only Philly and cheese. Very disappointed!

I was quite disappointed in today’s order. As being a former dominos employee I know certain pizza standards as well as things employees do to bust out food fast. I will say this was not dominos best night! I can tell dry skins were used for two of pizzas and the other pizza the dough was blown as I had a huge bubble. Very disappointing tonight!
New York style Pizza and it taste so good and I really love Domino’s and the app is really good and thank you guys so much and I love the pizza
