So I’ve ordered 3 times from this location, first time was a pickup and the order was wrong but I couldn’t tell until I got home so I let it go. Second time was fine, third time was delivery and they forgot 4 items, they asked about just crediting my card but I said no I want them, I paid an additional $5 for delivery and tipped 20% AHEAD of time on my card. They never showed up with the missing items. I would certainly choose pickup and carefully inspect your order before leaving because it appears you only have a 33% chance of the order being correct

TERRIBLE !!! I order for delivery at 11:30 because my daughter was sick and hungry and haven’t ate all day , so I guess it was to much to handle for the lady “Lindsey “ on night shift on October 21st 2026 to handle a medium pizza because she marked the order delivered before it came to my address, and once we called to check on it she was rude and told us it was on the way she marked it delivered because they where closing , I never received my pizza that I paid for and my daughter is going to sleep hungry all because a domino’s worker was to lazy to do their job terrible customer service I never plan to eat there again

Usually, I have no complaints about tipping—I’m a regular tipper whether it’s on the app or in person. But today’s delivery was honestly uncomfortable. The driver showed up at my workplace, and instead of just handing me my pizza, he straight up asked me for a tip. Not just a hint or a suggestion—he literally asked and then stood there waiting, like my food was being held hostage until I coughed up some cash.
Look, I get that tips are important, but this isn’t the way to go about it. Tips are supposed to be given freely, not pried out of customers while their food sits in someone else’s hands.
Honestly, it left a bad taste in my mouth before I even got to the pizza. Maybe train your drivers to be a little more professional? I shouldn’t have to feel pressured or awkward just to get my lunch.

Ordered a thin crust pacific coast veggie pizza last night. Pizza was missing sauce, diced tomatoes, feta, and provolone. Toppings were mostly in the center and on one side. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. When I went to the app to report the issue all I was offered was a discounted pizza for a future order. Why would I even want another pizza? I wanted a refund. Horrid. I don’t know who made that pizza, but they need to be trained or fired. Wish I could post a picture.

Dominos took our delivery order with no delivery drivers. We waited an hour and decided to go pick it up ourselves when we got there we were informed they had no delivery drivers. Also informed we would have never received our pizzas if we didn’t pick them up and would not have received a refund. Only store credit. We were also charged a delivery fee for picking up our pizza. Take the pizzas home only to see that the pizzas are missing literally 1 of the 2 ingredients.

Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve placed two orders and both were incorrect. My most recent order was a premium chicken Alfredo that’s the only way it’s listed online. There’s no option to order just “Alfredo,” but you can select no chicken meat, which I did—yet it still came with chicken.
I also ordered a pizza with two toppings, and one of the toppings was completely missing. I live about five minutes from the store, but delivery still took 45 minutes.
When I called, I was told I’d receive store credit, but no one has answered the phone since. Poor service, constant mistakes, and zero accountability. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from this location again.

Waited over a hour for my delivery. When I called the store I was told they are still waiting on a driver to return. I asked how long the food had been waiting and was told about 30 minutes. I had to cancel my order and feed everyone sandwiches for dinner instead. Just opened and this store had half the menu unavailable too. Better get new management and better employees quick cause this is ridiculous.
