The service was trash. The workers didn’t listen to what we wanted had to repeat ourselves multiple times. The ice machine was down had no ice. The workers also seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. Used very little to no meat. Used to much or not enough sauce wouldn’t add more toppings when we asked

The kids working there are ok but seriously the foods always bad. I get sick from these subs. There are so many flies. I’m checking out and there are multiple flies landing in people’s faces and food, but it’s too late to go back after the poor kid already made your sub. You can tell they’re embarrassed as hell to work there too! The toaster doesn’t warm up my sub at all. The toppings look disgusting. Like the tomato and cucumber look translucent and they’re covered in flies. Disgusting. $10 for this? This Walmart has went downhill. Do something about this

I was willing to let the bread choice slide, but out of ranch? Seriously? You are based in Walmart. Go to the shelf and buy some. Bake some bread while your at it. Also microwave eggs before toasting so they heat up completely. Ya’ll supposed to be artists.
Get rid of that steel cover that blocks what is supposed to be in view of the customer.
Sorry not sorry. I’m not paying over 10 bucks for a sub not on the bread of my choosing, without the toppings of my choosing, that is likely cool to lukewarm in the center.

The lady there was VERY unprofessional and argued with that customer is not always right. All I said is she put way too much sauce on sandwich. She waited on customer then when I paid said next time state you only want a little sauce and I said you did not give me time to explain. Then got accused of being rude , when indeed she was. She seemed irritated when I said customer is always right and she said no least 6 times. Whatever like she said but I won’t be back anytime soon and spend my hard earned money else where.

Very poor service ordered a meatball sub asked for black olives they put like four on foot long was told was extra charge for more olives because that standard amount don’t waste time going to this Subway updated was in there store on 06/13/2024 about 5:30 they were out of every bread unless wanted six inch then was very limited. Try to order 3 different types of subs they didn’t have ingredients or veggies for it was told they couldn’t get anymore out for night because of time won’t go back there again don’t waste your time

I was at your store in New Ulm, MN yesterday about 11:30 am. I can’t believe the service I was subjected to, The veggies I wanted were tomatoes, green pepper and pickles, Well the tomatoes had 3 small slices left and looked old. Green peppers were less then a teaspoon left, Pickles were almost empty. I asked for fresh ingredients and was told she couldn’t bring out the next batch until that container was completely gone. What kind of service and customer treatment is this pathetic excuse? So, no tomatoes, green peppers or pickles were resupplied. This is totally unacceptable. I will never use this Subway again. Very poor business etiquette.

Ok, as a general rule of thumb…..I’m so over the Subway phenomenon, but will eat a kids meal in a pinch. That said, I’m writing to commend the gentleman that works Sunday mornings at the Walmart location. He manages to make me some sort of exotic melt that is quite sensational by mixing sauces and getting the textures of the veggies just right. He is a true “sandwich artist”. Providing a bouquet of flavor, fun and awesome customer service and full tummy for less then $8; he deserves kudos and some help behind that counter!

This place is ok. Not the tastiest, not the fastest, bad walmart atmosphere, but if you want to eat while family goes shopping then you can. If you just want Subway then go to another in town. The bread was raw and they didn’t put on enough condiments. Overall not too happy, but it was ok.

There were at least 10 flies swarming around the buffet and it looked extremely unsanitary. The buffet line where the male the sandwiches had food all over it and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned.
