Insane waiting time. Please ask the registrar how much time it will take to make. We just ordered 10” chicken pizza on cauliflower thin crust it literally took 25 minutes. Pizza is yummy though

This has happened several times now. We order online and at the designated time we come to pick up and pizza isn’t ready. This time we did a time order so they would have 2 HOURS to get the order ready. We get here and they don’t even have a ticket for our pizzas. The young man working the window bless his soul went and got the manager like he should.
She finally came and told me they’re having technical difficulties would I like a cookie while I wait. I asked her how long it would be since I’ve already waited 15 minutes. She then blames the young man. I was livid. It wasn’t any of his fault! He was doing an excellent job! She gave me cookies. I gave her 15 minutes and it was ready. She told me she would watch them while they made the pizzas. A good manager would be helping and training. I don’t know what happened to this location, but it’s in dire need of help. I love Donatos, but this location is consistently terrible. The pizzas and bread were also burnt.

Just ordered some food I had to go over the order with the gentleman multiple times , I ordered 20 pieces wings in two separate orders and a all veggie pizza with no olives
Total 31 dollars and some changes
Picked up the food before midnight, I had 4 pieces on each boxes and called the store back because I was frustrated and upset .the gentleman actually told me that since I got upset he was going to put the credit on my account so he won’t do it anymore and he does not get paid for all that specifically after hours
Hang up the phone oh also threaten to call the police on me if I call back again

We arrived just before 6:30 and ordered 2 Cauliflower crust pizzas, a medium pizza and a sub. We just now received our order at 7:45. The food is delicious but we kept checking to see what the problem was because we have a 2 year old with us and though he was being very patient, it was difficult to keep him entertained. The wait time was not acceptable considering that we were the only people in the restaurant.

Damn they have good food but the last 3 times they have been 30 mins plus late on pickups. Also all the kids that are working are just screaming at the top of their lungs and cussing up a storm. Good food but I’m just going to go across the street to Frankie’s for now on.

The mariachi beef pizza was amazing. Nice and hot. It was probably the best tasting pizza that I’ve had during my trip in Columbus, Ohio! I think the only thing that could be improved was the way the pizza (small 10 inch) was cut. It was sort of weird. Hard to really pick apart and eat, but I have that I feel like everything else is great from customer service to wait time.

Still no progress. its worse !!! 12 minutes at the counter and no one would help me or hand me my pizza that was done. paid for. just needed to hand it to me. 2 girl laughing in the back, one guy at window and another 2 feet from me with head phones on and would not look at me. should screem to get some attention. they were not busy at all. THEY JUST DONT CARE. NEVER AGAIN !!!!
