Crazy experience!!! If you double charge a person for guacamole and they bring it to your attention after you JUST MADE THE BOWL, don’t belittle your customers like they’re lying!! You made a mistake, not me, I don’t usually check my receipt but I’m glad I did! Never again at this location. Just rude and condescending. Anyways CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. I won’t be back. Oh and my brown rice isn’t cooked all the way through. Disappointing.

I complained about this location about 3 years ago for disgusting service from the cashier dude who used to work there along with his childish co- workers, one of them who stayed visibly high. I started coming back start of the year since the triple seven location just kept getting worse and worse with portion sizes food quality and customer service, so coming back here a few times in january things seem like they’ve gotten a little better. I see that the staff was changed out which I was assuming was a plus, but unfortunately yesterday I came in for lunch and they had a different staff where I had to repeat things 2 to 3 times for them to understand anything. But anyway, I was approaching the cashier, a young Hispanic male they have working as cashier was extremely rude. Same behavior as the guy from years ago that stopped me from coming in. He kept making faces smirking making weird eye contact being goofy the entire time then as it was time to pay, he just stuck his hand out, mind you it was a customer in front of me and they were moving extremely slow, bringing his food to the cash register, so I asked the cashier how much do I owe? He kept his head down the entire time didn’t say anything just had his hand out so I asked him again. How much do I owe so the lady beside him told me the price I asked the cashier. What is your problem? What’s going on here? He just stayed there with the same goofy look just very dismissive. This location seems to be infamous for hiring immature people nonstop so just like last time I’m gonna stop coming back here this time for good! If the owner sees this, maybe you need to have a conversation with the manager and make sure that they do something about immature, disrespectful, workers serving people, food, and ringing people up with poor service as a cashier.

There’s far too many food places hiring these types of individuals in the area. Makes me puzzled about the management that hires them, maybe they do just enough to get through an interview.

On August 11th, around 5:46 PM, I visited your Chipotle located at 22000 Dulles Retail Plaza, Ashburn, VA to purchase dinner. I was greeted by an employee who initially seemed pleasant. I placed my order: white rice, double chicken, corn, cheese, and lettuce. She made the bowl perfect. When I got to the next server NOt the cashier, I requested three salad dressings, clearly stating that I was willing to pay for the extra.
Maria (whose photo is attached) immediately responded, “No.” When I reiterated that I was willing to pay for the additional dressing, she raised her voice and said, “No, that’s not allowed.” I asked how that could be the case if I was offering to purchase it, and she replied, “Not at this location.”
As a former Chipotle employee and frequent customer, I am familiar with your service standards, and this interaction was both unprofessional and upsetting. Maria then began speaking in Spanish to another worker, and they laughed directly at me. I also heard her make a racially charged comment referencing me being Black.
At that point, I stated I no longer wanted the bowl if it could not be prepared as requested. I left feeling humiliated, denied service, and ridiculed over what amounted to a single extra salad dressing — something far less costly than discarding an entire meal.
As a single mother of a Cerebral palsy child I just wanted my food the way I ordered it. This was an unacceptable experience that not only violated customer service expectations but also made me feel targeted based on my race. I request that this matter be investigated promptly and that appropriate action be taken regarding the employee’s conduct. Additionally, I would like clarification on Chipotle’s policy regarding “extra ingredients” when the customer insists on paying to enjoy there meal.

This chipotle is consistently stingy with protein proportions. I’ve had a lot of chipotles. The management may be at fault here instructing the employees. They will scoop meat and then either shake some off the spoon or deliberately push some off the spoon.

They give extremely small portions. Whether you order on the app or in person, they consistently give very little portions. Even when I ask for a little more chicken, they quite literally only give one or two pieces of the cut up chicken.

Pretty typical for a chipotle restaurant in a good location. I came around 10pm when they close at around 11 and then were starting to clean up the place. While understandable the service was a quite a bit slower than usual probably just because it was so late at night. I also thought they were a little light on the meat portions.

Just picked up my order from here. Tried to have them scan a qr code for a free bag of chips when I walked in, and the lady at the register refused to add my chips to my order saying I needed to “pay for something.” I literally just bought a bowl from you? What are you talking about?? Also, nevermind the literally last time 10 times I did it the exact same way before with no issue. Very rude, awful customer service skills. Find a different job.

Wow $14 for a carne asade bowl and they give you dry old burn steak that I can barely chew
Of course they probably kept this for the mobile orders so people won’t know it’s garbage until they get home or back to work

The best Chipotle! I ordered online for fast pickups and usually other Chipotle would do half scoops instead of full scoops or what so ever. But this store did really give me generous amounts. I am very satisfied. I also ordered some salsa on the side and they got it ready accordingly. One of salsa wasn’t closed all the way so it leaked but it was okay.
