Great Culver’s
Located near a lot of major businesses on the northeast side of Sun prairie
Employees are friendly.
Interior of the restaurant is clean
The butterburger and frozen custard I ordered was also very good in quantity,taste,and temperature.
Also to mention I have never seen a Culver’s until now with TV pricing/images instead of Paper, cool addition but also was confusing at first.

Went in quickly to grab a kids meal and two scoops of flavor of the day.
They had abundant staff and little to no customers inside yet it took them over ten minutes to get us our kids meal and one of the scoops. I ended up having to ask for the other ice cream because they just forgot about it.
I get the ice cream and noted it had literally zero toppings on it. I showed the staff member who handed me the ice cream and he said, “Sorry, I don’t scoop the ice cream.”
A lady, who I am assuming is a shift supervisor, overheard my comment but did nothing. She asked the staff member who handed me the ice cream what was wrong but decided to take zero action let alone talk to us.
When we got home, our daughter took a bite of the burger from her kids meal and spit it out. The bun was ALL salt. We have not had this salt issue before, but it was disgusting.
Photos include advertised flavor of the day versus what we received. I did stir it up to see if toppings were at the bottom, but there was nothing.

Wish I could rate lower than 1 star. We ordered tonight and were missing 2 orders of cheese curds and 2 orders or fries. When I called the store I was told they didn’t have an extra bag sitting with our food so we must have it. We do not. Terrible customer service. I am willing to go back and get the food we didn’t receive but was treated poorly so we will avoid this location and pass along the experience.

I have ordered DoorDash from this place 2x . Both times they have not delivered the full order. Both times, they have refused to re deliver and expect you to drive out here. You have to argue with them to remake your entire meal while half of it is left rotting at home. Every time this happens they are well aware they didn’t deliver your food and know what order is sitting right on their counter. They refuse to refund you and refuse to give you a manager to talk to. Instead they give you a coupon that never compensates for what you ordered, your ruined evening or the gas. At this point I would expect more than a coupon for 2 undelivered meals in a months time. And- it should just be policy for you to offer to remake everything while your food is at home rotting. It seems pretty intentional at this point like they don’t intend to deliver full orders and just take people’s money. Please have a manager contact me for a full refund- DoorDash won’t refund me because I reported this issue twice- you had it twice. I would like a refund.

Everything is so bland. The burgers have no flavor. The chicken patty has relatively NO chicken, but they decide to charge an arm and a leg for everything. Fries are always rubbery and never fresh. I want to love this place but I can’t. It’s so horrible. I have no idea how people are obsessed. It’s overpriced and overhyped. They also always forget the mayo that comes on the chicken sandwich, and I have to use my own.

My friend’s car died in the parking lot and the employees were very helpful. One employee moved his car so we could get another car next to it to jump ours and another employee named Alexander took the time to help us jump the car with his own jumper cables. Great service!

They mess up food orders on a regular basis and don’t respond to complaints…go to ANY other location and thank me later. Most recent order was extra crispy fries that came out 10 minutes later with no one in the drive up but me and the fries were old/cold and the opposite of what I ordered. Put your vape pens done and do your jobs.
