The hispanic manager in the drive through was horrible. I asked how long ago was the pot pie cooked and hw caught an attitude and just kept saying “it’s fresh, you want it or not!” I replied, sir, it’s no reason for you to get an attitude and that’s not answering my question. I asked how long ago was it cooked. He said “it was cooked before we opened at 10:30 and is good for 6 hours. Do you want it or no” Its 1pm. No sir I do not. He then replied “get out of my drive through then!” I asked for his name and the number to corporate and he told me to look it up online. Just rude for no reason. Now I know why it wasn’t any customer on the drive through or in the inside.

Old location with old decor you can tell it’s been here a long time, but it looks like other locations. Not gonna beat them up too bad, there was two training, but two people seem to be experienced and was able to pump out the orders. The food here is good, but cleanliness is really bad. Nobody cleans the tables in the dining area so you have to try to do it with napkins UGH! Drive thru is probably the way to go for the best experience. Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning on tap!

Went to drive thru no line ordered 3 piece chicken strips – fries – and drink. Got home it was 3 pieces of almost raw chicken- mashed potatoes/put it in my alley for animals to eat .?Repeated my order 3 times but guess it’s hard to find literate help.Dont go there

I never had a bad experience till now. I told this KFC woman my order, which it was a 12pc with 3 sides and biscuits. 2 of the sides I ordered some fries , and then she got confused with Mash Potato! How do you confused that!? I told the cashier that the chicken was already cold from waiting for the fries and if I could get warm chicken due to their mistake. They just stared at me as if they didn’t care for their customer satisfaction. In the end, I got my warm fries, but at what cost? My chicken was already cold by then , and I had to microwave it.

I just went through the drive through and got a chicken pot. Pie got home and realized there is no chicken in it. That’s a pretty big deal when you go to Kentucky Fried Chicken. I tried to call, but nobody answered then. I ate my apple popper dessert and there was no apple.

Order is wrong, no people, no experience. Talking instead of making one’s food. Horrible KFC to order if one is in a hurry or wants to enjoy a good meal. Employees didn’t want to redo our order even though it is a policy to have it made if there’s any mistakes. I deeply recommended any restaurant that is not this one. My food is cold and my money was thrown out. The whole restaurant should go out and be completely destroyed. Never coming back.

So I came in at 8:40pm on 3/28/22 and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with an additional spicy chicken sandwich. The drive thru kid was cool and really respectful. His manager, on the other hand, rolled his eyes after I said it was ok that they use tenders instead of the chicken filets since none were prepared. We all know that the tenders are not as big as the chicken filets. Big difference. 1)The manager should’ve been the one to talk to me about the substitution, hourly employees don’t get paid to deal with those things, and 2)His attitude about it needed to be a lot more positive since he is representing this establishment. He should be retrained on customer service so that his employees don’t think that the attitude he has, is ok for them to give to customers as well. Not a great experience.

Walked in waited five minutes…nobody came up to me to help and left, there were only three employees, so busy with drive thru traffic they didn’t notice me. Glad I didn’t eat here the inside was filthy, trash establishment.
