Food didn’t taste fresh, chicken soggy. Hated, absolutely hated the ordering experience having to use the kiosk with a family. Took way longer than would have with a person taking the order. An elderly gentleman entered the store at the same time as us, we had finished our meal before he was able to finish ordering. After 10 minutes, finally a staff member came to assist him and even then they couldn’t complete the order and he went to the counter instead. Will not go back there unless we have no other options.

I tried to use the app to order my food. It charged me, but did not give me a four digit code. I went to the location and spoke with the manager Alex, he could not find it in his system either Alex was very accommodating and professional. Alex fulfilled the order in full with no charge. We were thinking it was an issue with the app and these things happen. The 5 Star rating is due to the great service Alex provided as the manager.

New spot. Very clean. Staff is friendly. But got my order wrong. Ordered a $5 meal deal(McDouble with no ketchup, no mustard, fries, Dr. Pepper, and 4 piece nuggets), A BOGO McDouble with no ketchup or mustard with a McChicken no mayo. 2 Large Hi-Cs, and Quarter Pounder for our family of 3.
What I received was 2 cheeseburgers with no ketchup or mustard in McDouble wrappings. They forgot a patty on both McDoubles.
Food was fresh, and hot. and with a new spot, I do expect some growing pains. Just a little disappointing to get home and find the 2 McDoubles missing a patty.

The kiosk is frustrating and unforgiving and the staff are not very friendly or willing to let you order at the cash register. Add to that…the burger had 3 tiny pieces of onion and the fries were tasteless…no salt at all we could tell. Will not visit here again.

I went through the drive through and ordered a Big Mac and 2 Hamburgers. When I looked inside the bag there was 4 piece chicken nuggets and mc chicken. I then went back in to get my order corrected and they still got it wrong the second time. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.

When I attempted to place an order for a special request, they insisted on using the kiosk, despite my desire to make a special request. Jesse, the manager, refused to take my order , which I found frustrating. Although I understand that they were busy, I would have preferred to order in advance. Jesse’s attitude was rude, which further ruined my mood.
The food arrived cold and appeared stale, lacking freshness. The interior was relatively clean, but there were some trash under the tables. Additionally, an employee in the lobby was loudly swearing on the phone. If you’re looking for a good McDonald’s experience, I highly recommend visiting the one on 32nd Street.

I bought 10 well done McChickens with extra shredded lettuce, talking about 15 minutes and barely any lettuce on them. Have pride in your work. I asked for a receipt and she didn’t bring one out

People seem to only leave reviews when there’s problems I’ll leave one when things are good. My mobile order was hot and perfect Double Quarter Pounder meal . This was my second visit and they politely explain to me how the drive-thru one two work works so I don’t feel stupid next time it’s packed. little confusing getting in, driving around in a circle to order kind of a weird design.

The food was decent. I wanted to order 2 double cheeseburgers because it’s part of the value menu but I ended up getting 2 McDoubles and not getting the buy one get one deal which was annoying. Also ordered a filet-o-fish and it looked like it was just thrown together and put in a box. Great service but terrible communication through the drive thru and execution of the food.
