Carali’s name shows the uniqueness of their amazing restaurant. CA is for Carlos (Owner), RA is for Rafael (Owner), and LI is for Rafael’s mother, Lidia, who has passed away. Lidia’s dream was to open a restaurant, and Carali’s has made that dream a reality. Stop by and enjoy the unique rotisserie chicken served at Carali’s Rotisserie Chicken. You’ll get fresh, hormone-free chicken that has never been frozen. The chicken is marinated in a blend of Peruvian spices and cooked in our charcoal rotisserie oven for a mouthwatering flavor.

Reviews
The order included 2 sodas, but they also threw in a pile of sauces I never asked for, like they were trying to fill the bag so I wouldn’t notice how little food they sent. And the fried yuca? Just four tiny pieces, like they cut one yuca into crumbs and called it a day.
I paid $70 for something that’s not worth half of that. What kind of restaurant sends out food like this? This is a complete rip-off. Don’t order online from this place unless you want to end up scammed, still hungry, and feeling like you threw your money in the trash.
Now the situation has completely changed: they’re stingy with the mayonnaise, they charge exorbitant prices (more than $3 for a tiny little container), and they’ve even removed the sauces that should be included with the chicken. This shows a total lack of respect for customers, especially those who have been loyal customers. Charging exorbitant prices for something so BASIC and skimping on what they always included is ridiculous and offensive. And refusing to provide it is abusive and shows poor customer service. The chicken might be good, but the overall experience is crucial, and with this attitude, they’re making it clear that GREED and poor service now rule.
I don’t plan to continue buying regularly as long as they keep up these practices.
Seeing a new place to eat is always a great joy for me. I simply just had to check Carali’s out. I wasn’t disappointed, either. I loved the sweet potato fries, and their sauces. The french fries were a little better than average, but don’t let them get cold. We had the pulled rotisserie chicken sandwich with the yuca fries, not to be confused with the yucca (a non edible spiky plant). The yuca fries were okay, not really a hit with me, they tasted of a weak flavor of potato with a slight sweetness to them reminiscent of a sweet potato. My sandwich was not at all worth the price, being rather small and almost no chicken on it. The chicken that was on it tasted like it was a day or two old, like left over turkey. Now, granted, I didn’t enjoy this meal, but it was a quick bite to eat. I plan on going back and getting the fresh rotisserie chicken meal with other sides. I firmly believe that it will be better. I just won’t be getting either of the sandwiches again. As always, I will update my review, if and when I go back. Don’t lets this review stop you or change your opinion on Carali’s, because this was a quick grab and eat.
