They usually do really well but my last order was a disappointment. Call it recency bias but my rating is mainly based off my last visit. Someone was heavy handed with the light ice. Half the drink was ice. I’m scared to imagine what a regular ice cup would look like. I like it there though and will be back. It’s my go to location. I’ll update my rating if they get the next orders right. Also, my order is one of the simplest to make and hardest to screw up but things happen I guess.

I must say that every time I enter this Starbucks, I get a warm, friendly greeting from the staff. They always know what I’m ordering and brew it perfectly. The store itself is always clean and tidy as well. The staff definitely take pride in their job here.
This Starbucks is a great addition to our Shoreline community. A+

Not the friendliest Starbucks when I was there. Nice bigger store with lot of seating areas and bright windows. Plenty of parking but you might have to park a ways out and their parking lot is shared with a lot of other businesses. Easy enough to get in and out of the parking lot as well.

They filled the cup 80% with ice and charged me extra for “light ice” forgot one of my food items and sent me on my way. I would have felt less stupid if I just set $16 on fire instead.
