I visited this dominos this Friday after not coming for over a year due to poor service. I’m glad I gave it another shot because the manager, Evan , and the girl with braids were awesome!
Very personable, made my pizza and pasta fast, and made me feel very welcome. Great team, great food! Glad this store has gotten better , especially late at night when I would typically come. Would recommend.

Today is December 1st 2025! I have had to call this particular dominoes three times since I placed my order at 7:27. It is now 9:49 . I will say that the managers are calm, but they aren’t good at giving a better solution other than telling you to keep waiting. At my home pizza place that I normally go to, which is another Domino’s located in Charlotte. They always call if they’re going to be delayed really bad. They always give me an option . I’m very disappointed. My food is cold and I didn’t even get a fork for my pasta! I’m around a lot of food places and could’ve made other arrangements. They did not consider me as the customer at all. I come from service industry so I get it, but your always supposed to accommodate the customer, especially if you’re the one who’s causing it even if you are short staff.

Walked in tonight to pick up my pizza and asked them to put garlic butter on the crust… Online they wont allow you add it but I never have an issue with getting them to add it at any other location. A little girl who claimed to be the manager refused to appease the customer. Then I got home and my pizza was horrible! Just as dry as can be when I know I selected alfredo sauce. When I called back and spoke with the actual manager (not the girl who claimed she was one the first time) I was able to get my money back. First and last time ordering from this location and unfortunately Im still hungry. Never again!

I received a coupon via email. When I pressed redeem now and tried to log in it immediately said my account was locked. I called domino’s at Rosedale and was treated badly on the phone by the association that answered the phone and the manager. At this point, I am honestly questioning whether the coupons via email ever work. I was told they could not do anything and to call corporate. I called corporate and couldn’t get through to a human, due to so many pressure sales for things not even related to pizza. There are many other Pizza places to choose from, so obviously, I will not be returning to domino’s.

Please believe all of the 1 star reviews for this location. I have been a customer for years but in the last few of months things have been consistently horrible. I will have to find another go to pizza option because this location can’t meet the expectations they set themselves. If you quote a window of time, you can’t consistently miss that window by large margins (30-60 min) and expect people to continue spending their money for your poor service.

Wayyyyy to many options and DELIVERY options to be wasting your money on this store… Or brand at that. Quality is garbage… It’s not fresh or hot. I will not reorder from here again… Trust me.

Tonight we ordered 2 hand-tossed pizzas for pick-up. The lady who brought them out to our car was prompt and pleasant. Unfortunately, we got home and were very disappointed to find the pizzas were both absolutely thin crust not the hand tossed we wanted. The edges did still have lovely flavor, we just aren’t thin crust fans over here.

Ordered a pizza for delivery to my job tonight. It was a mess. It was cold. I usually don’t have issues with this dominos but tonight idk what was up. The pizza was tossed around. Square cut when I asked for pie cut. Cold, and had bacon on a few pieces. I CANNOT consume pork for health reasons.
Smh.

OMG!!! This was my first time at this location. I was visiting another store in the area and decided I would grab something to eat at this dominos…BOY AM I GLAD I DID!!!!! The food was so hot and fresh! I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely visit this location again!
