I often visit this location as it is close to my residence & I am always treated with courtesy & great customer service. I’m always greeted when I enter and I am greeted goodbye as I leave! I appreciate as a customer this respect and I always receive fresh food! Thanks subway in cedar lane for the great service and good fresh food. I will return when I crave a cold cut which is often! The cookies are bomb! I always appreciate the small complimentary waters as well! Keep up the great work it is appreciated by me highly! 5 star review! It’s my fault for ordering from this store multiple times. Each time either something was forgotten, order was completely wrong, or they tried to give ne someone else’s order. The orders are literally written for them. All they have to do is follow the instructions on the paper. NEVER AGAIN!

They did the old close the store early , so they could wrap up and get off right at closing time. Ruined my whole entire day. Worked all day thinking about getting a sub from here. They do a good job when they will serve you smh, here’s the meats from the past time tho

The sandwich was exactly as described. For that, I was extremely grateful! My friend had just taken me to have my hair colored and my hairstylist kept discussing food! Needless to say, once finished we went directly to Subway, again, coincidentally, was about 2 minutes away! We both enjoyed the owners and employees courtesy throughout. I would definitely recommend this Subway located in Berea! I’m definitely returning!

I don’t post a lot of reviews especially on fast food but me and my daughter went into the subway around 1 PM today and the three ladies working had the worst attitude I have ever seen in customer service. There were zero smiles, and when you try to engage in conversations with them they just looked at you like you were stupid, if you’re gonna work customer service, you should at least interact with your customers.
