The pizza here is ok. Nothing to write home to mom about though. Its consistent at least. Always the same. The crust always has that same texture and crispness. Reminds me of Joe corbis or other premade/frozen crust. The cheese is a little plastic-y if you know what I mean.
My fiance loves the pizza and the sauce. She always gets extra sauce. They always spiral it on top of the pizza. (Consistency)
On the other hand, the cheesesteaks here are petty good. Good amounts of steak n cheese. Good sub roll too.

Best pizza in town, good crust, tasty sauce. The owner goes above and beyond. I ordered delivery and no one showed up and no one from slice came to deliver it. I called after just after they closed to ask why it was never delivered. They said no one from toast ever came to pick it up, the owner drove it me himself and gave it me for free! Will order from here from now on!

While in Gettysburg for the weekend, our hotel recommended The Pizza House for lunch. We’re really glad they did!
My grandson loves pizza and proclaimed the cheese pizza one of the best he’s ever had! I had a delicious cheese steak sub and a side order of Old Bay French fries. I’m definitely an Old Bay fan, and these fries were delicious!
The owner is a Vietnam War veteran who has worked here since 1977. The food he serves shows the pride he takes in The Pizza House.
If in Gettysburg, stop by this great lunch spot!

Really hard to rate this trip. . The food tasted amazing- the issue was for $10, the grilled chicken salad absolutely left me wanting a bit more. A layer of iceberg lettuce, which is fine, with eight less then bite size pieces of cut up chicken breast…
My kid loved the cheesesteak Stromboli. It’s been a little bit since I’ve been to Pizza House, but I’ve been eating there since 1995.
We will definitely eat there again soon, but will stick with pizza items

I don’t normally do this for spur of the moment selections but wow Gettysburg you got a gem right here. The guy is super friendly and the pizza is amazing reminds me of my time overseas in when we had some R&R and a group of us went to Sicily. Thin crispy crust. Perfect melted cheese. And plenty of toppings. Forget the price 19 for the large. Go to Papa John’s same pizza less topping and not fresh dough. For more. Great job guys.

Pizza House is a long-standing and well-loved Pizzeria in Gettysburg on the edge of the Gettysburg College campus. I used to go there 50 years ago, and I still love their Pizza. Keep it up!

Now under new ownership and redecorated. I’ll miss the old owners as someone who’s been going since I started college in 2000 and ever since as a visiting alumni.
New owners seem great though, food was good, and some of the interior upgrades they’ve made are quite nice.
