I’m all for keeping secrets but y’all should really have a sign up! The falafels here are SO GOOD !! I almost turned around bc I couldn’t find the place but I’m very happy I didn’t. I suggest ordering your food ahead of time. The pizza place they share space with is hopping too. Put this place on your must-try list!!

Wow! Finally a good falafel/ hummus place in Ithaca! I was looking for one for many years and I am happy I finally found one. It is very hard to find – since it is inside Ned’s pizza (another good Ithaca institution). It is probably a good idea to place your order online before you leave, because the falafel may take some time to be made (we waited 20 mins but we were not in a rush). We had falafel, hummus and baba ganoush. I’d say especially the baba ganoush was excellent, but the hummus is also easily the best in Ithaca. Importantly, the pita is also made fresh and somewhat fluffy, unlike the usual thin out of the bag pitas you often get in the US. I highly recommend this place, I will be coming back here regularly!

When I tell people about this gem, I always begin it by saying “I’ve eaten falafel all my life and while I enjoyed it, I never quite understood the obsession–UNTIL this place.” The falafel has an amazing moist, well seasoned interior and crispy exterior that’s out of this world. Their pita is properly puffed and airy. I’ve had several of their sandwiches and they’re creative, delicious, and assembled with execution that makes you aware that they care about what they’re serving. Everything you eat is colorful, healthy, and packaged with care for takeout which is something so sorely overlooked. They’re kind, quick, competent, and gifted. Love, love, love!

Honestly authentic falafel—crispy and light. This place is always fresh and I love the house-made pita bread! The hummus is very creamy and delicious, too

WTFalafel catered my husbands surprise party (about 45 people). The food was excellent; they grilled all the meat in place and fried the falafel on the spot. The team were very easy to deal with – will definitely reach out again for our next event!

Crispy on the outside and warm and flavorful on the inside !! That’s the kind of falafel you get at WTF. I mean, you can’t go wrong when the bread is made to order and the falafel are made to order and everything is made in house , from scratch , tantalizing your taste buds with bursts of fresh and authentic flavors .
I never thought I would eat falafel with yogurt , but that Greeky Sandwich , with a side of Zaatar fries … and life is soooooooooooooo good

Falafel pitas are absolutely superb – fresh, crunchy, tasty, authentic. The best I’ve had in Ithaca since the Corner’s Deli closed. Couldn’t figure out where they were – but they’re inside Ned’s pizza. They’ll be opening another location in the new Ned’s in Collegetown, and I expect to be a regular there.

Awesome falafels – perfectly homemade, light, crispy and moist! We tried the Falafel salad which was excellent and creative with mint and fresh fava beans. The hummus and baba were outstanding, as was the spicy sesame and dynamite sauce. Furthermore, the owner is gracious, kind, and has a knack for bringing new menus to life. Be sure to order online, then go to Ned’s pizza for pickup.

I have been searching for a good authentic pita in Ithaca for years. This is hands down the best pita, handmade from scratch, delivered still warm and lovely. Falafel is also great. Loved the pickled vegetables too for the acidic crunch.
