Get this: you’re the ONLY one working, and I (an obnoxious tourist) come in with 13 drinks and sandwich orders?! And within 30 minutes with 5 other customer orders of varying degrees, drinks are perfect temp and labeled correctly, sandwiches are warm and good to go. STELLAR service!! Please tip Rachel at Martin’s Starbucks IMMENSELY!!!!!!!!

I needed a receipt for my order to expense it but was never offered one. It was “too late” by the time I asked for one. Shouldn’t really have to ask in the first place. It was also too late to scan for my Starbucks points. Then my drink had foam overflowing from the lid. This kind of service and they have the nerve to demand a tip. Absolutely ridiculous.
Edit – I tried this place again hoping for a better experience this time but of course not. After ordering, the barista just walks away without offering me a receipt. I need a receipt to expense for business purposes. 10 minutes later after talking to other people she comes back and I finally get my receipt. Then my first sip spills all over the cup and table because the lid wasn’t on all the way. And my order was wrong. It’s insane how incompetent this place is. Don’t waste your time.

Clean friendly and fast ..what I like about this Starbucks there is no drive through and you and you get to go though the push to spin door. probally half of the reason I go to this exact Starbucks.

This is a great location! All staff that I’ve encountered are incredibly sweet and helpful, and always serve with kindness and a smile. Service has also been very fast here, with a perfectly sized drive through to accommodate for larger lines. This is a great way to start my mornings!

Poor visit to this store, poor customer service, poor attitude. Employee behind the counter swearing and very poor attitude. Left is standing there waiting to order while she talk to someone about a schedule. Customers come first, I want to be contacted and reimbursed for my order. The order was wrong as well.

The worst coffee I ever had at Starbucks I said light cream it was white there was so much cream in it! These coffees are expensive and then I had to get rid of it the coffee was so weak and soooo much cream just horrible!!

Waited in line at this establishment being operated by kids who in my opinion showed very poor customer service skills. I waited in line for my coffee (latte) for over ten minutes only to discover my coffee was done but the individual who made it didn’t bother to tell me. It should be the policy that the staff who are making the drinks ensure the customer receives the item they paid for. Instead, in my case, the girl who made my drink, just walked off to do something else without saying a word.
Let me also add, that for the same coffee, a hazelnut latte, I purchased today for $4.65, I paid $4.12 a week ago.
