Painfully slow. Luckily no line but not 1 of the 4 greeted me for 10 full minutes they looked like literal sloths (I’ve never seen anything slower in my life) when they finally looked at me the Indian man stared through me and shrugged his shoulders and said, “WHAT!” I said let’s start with Welcome to Subway what can I get for you! Then I responded to myself and said may ai have 2 pizza 1 cheese 1 with bacon and make them both combos. “Well what size?” Medium I guess thank you. Took my payment without saying a word and he walked away. No thank you or anything at all. I was able to Crack a smile from one of the girls after but it was like literal robots but very slow moving. The lady in front of me said this is painful

A woman named Seima was making faces while I was trying to explain to her how I wanted my sandwich. This isn’t the first time dealing with her in this way. Also treats and talks to her staff like their children which I see some are but not all of them. It’s distasteful and un classy.
Last time before this round she was too busy chit chatting with staff members instead of focusing on my order which she made a mistake due to her chit chatting.
This is my last time coming to this place.

Me and my friend were in line for very long. They had simply forgotten about us, and when we tried to bring it to their attention, the workers only stared at us. We were pushed to the end of the line, and when we finally got them to listen, they said we had to wait in line all over again. Our heels were tired, and our group for the field trip was already packing up. When we got to the end, the workers were whispering rudely in front of us. Though we shrugged it off, our footlong cookie had somebody else’s cheese on it… Additionally making it taste horrible. Not only that, but it was cold. Inedible. The cookie had its dough still there. Uncooked. We had also ordered a personalized pizza for us to share but all the slices were extremely small and slim, though big in depth and width it was just filled with air. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE.

The staff is incompetent, clearly do not care. Each one with an ear bud in their ear, half listening, rude, and obviously have not had any sort of food safety training. I stood and watched one of them who should have been wearing a hair net put on their gloves and stuff a cookie in their mouth and went straight to start putting veggies on sandwiches. Table is and dining room was trashed. The napkin dispensers were empty. The manager I spoke with was kind and obviously frustrated with the kids who work there. I knows it’s subway, however the health department needs to take a trip.

I waited in line or for 20 min. When I was next in line, one of the servers announced that it is 7:00 pm, and they are closed. It was a special event at the Science Center that night, and due to the commotion, I did not realize what time it was. It was 7:02 pm, when I asked for one 6 in sandwich with ham and cheese for my child. No toasting , no veggies. It would have taken her 2 min.to make it. In an exceptionally rude way, the server refused to serve me. I could tell she was enjoying her power. The person at the register seemed ready to serve me, but was reminded that they are closed. Obviously, neither good business practice (serve the customers already in the store and/ or make your customers happy), nor simply being human (understanding the circumstances and a hungry child) were of any significance to this server.
I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Painfully slow – so bad. 4 employees and sandwiches are sitting for multiple minutes between stations – took 15 minutes for them to get to me with only two people ordering 4 subs total in front me.

Never going again, not only did the staff ignore us in line but they cross contaminated the food, there was CHEESE on our 1 FOOT LONG COOKIE. Incompetent staff, cold food, and all over the place messy. They barely communicated with us and whispered behind our backs!

Yes, there was a HUGE line. But it moved SO quickly. They had 3+ people rotating on the sandwich line and they were banging out orders fast. Our food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Even though they were super busy, all the staff were very happy and smiling away. I wish all subways could be like this. It was obviously hard to find a seat, where it was so busy. But once we were able to sit down, it was great. They do have high chairs and there is plenty of room for anyone in a wheelchair.

This was the only place to get food in the science center so it was PACKED! They ran out of most fountain drinks. Only one register. The person taking orders was fast. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was just not enough things to cover the flow of people. Next time, I’ll pack a lunch.

One time I was eating there and got up to get a napkin or something. There was a ‘wet floor sign, but the floor was actually flooded – not your normal wet floor. I slipped and landed on my knee. I filled out an incident report and made a complaint to corporate, but never heard back from them. Luckily, I didn’t suffer any injury. Had I done so, I would have sued them. It’s a shame that corporate didn’t even call. Makes you think they don’t care about people.
