I waited all week for this pizza drove 45 minutes went to this one instead of one in Waukegan and it was a mistake. They gave me light sauce and extra light pepperoni when I ask for extra complete opposite the pizza taste different and it’s not nowhere as good as Waukegan. I do not recommend this place Should’ve known when it was not busy on Wednesday.

This was very good tavern style pizza. I’m in Wisconsin for a softball tournament and ordered here because they deliver. When Bob, the delivery driver arrived, he said it’s great pizza and Bob, you are 100% correct. It was delicious. If I’m back this way, I’m definitely ordering again. Great job Bob and Jimanos

Placed an order for delivery for 11:45 am. Food was delivered at 12:25pm. Half of our employees had to skip lunch because their break was over by the time the food arrived. They could have called to let us know our order could not be fulfilled on time but no such courtesy was given. I called to speak to the manager, was left on hold for 19 minutes – they never came to the phone. We are a large corporation that has ordered from Jimanos quite frequently in the past. Moving forward we will no longer be using them as a vendor. Terrible customer service.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Lost my prepaid order, pizza not ready when promised for pickup, unconcerned staff. Instead of at least an apology, just got “well we got busy.” No offer of partial refund, a coupon, or even so much as a can of soda. Obviously poorly trained staff. Won’t order from them again.

Awesome staff here. Super excited when our order was up to try the pizza. The teenagers I had along loved the pizza and saved some for snacking later. I got a side order of cheese curds also being that is my sprinkle of Wisconsin right there. Cheese. Mmmmm……delicious Thanks again for the awesome time. See you soon!

I’m sad to say this wasn’t great for two reasons. First, our pizza was a bit too salty, extremely greasy, and overcooked to the point that the crust was dry, hard, and burnt tasting. Second, the atmosphere wasn’t great. It is super hot inside. I understand that they’re making pizza, but customers don’t want to come in from 95-degree weather and feel like they are walking into the pizza oven! Plus, the young lady in the front pretty much ignored us. We had to wait for someone to come from the back to take our order. He was perfectly nice, but very sweaty, which he wiped with his hands. Then, as we were ordering, someone else came from the back biting into a slice of pizza. Neither was wearing food prep gloves. The visuals were giving unsanitary. This was only my second time here. The first time was ok, this time, not so much. Maybe this was not their best day.
