We found this place on TikTok and had high expectations because the food looked really good. Unfortunately, the taste didn’t match the presentation. The tacos looked great, but the meat was very dry. While it did have some flavor, it was dry enough that I needed a drink with almost every bite.

The agua de horchata was also disappointing. The flavor was off, and the color didn’t look right either. The sandwiches were probably the most disappointing item, again, the meat was very dry. The caldo helped add some flavor, but not enough to make it worth ordering again.

We were also disappointed with the fries. We asked for no sour cream, but they still came with a lot of it. Overall, we’re pretty sad about the experience because we really had high hopes. This place might be enjoyable for others, but unfortunately, it wasn’t for us.

Those tacos were awesome! The meat was seasoned just right, and the tacos had the perfect amount of cilantro and onions. The server was super friendly and brought our food right over. The seating area was clean, well-lit, and had music playing. I’m definitely coming back!

I usually order street tacos, lingua or chorizo. They’re very tasty but I’ve noticed they’re on the smaller portion compared to other places. The vendor does make up for the portion size with extra onions, radish, and unlimited chicharrones.
Now love their al pastor tacos.
I’ve updated my review because they moved location to across the road. Horrible location with lots of flies. Please move somewhere else.

They have amazingly GREAT vegetarian options. , I had Vegetarian Hard Shell tacos . They are loaded with different vegetables potato , bell pepper , lettuce , beans , fresh tomatoes , and queso fresco I recommend them and all their dishes can be made with veggies only. Come for the best chips and salsa around. REALLY good , their salsa is mildly sweet especially made for their chips.

Food truck on the corner with really good tacos.

We got carnitas, al pastor, and quesabirria tacos. All were really good. The salsa, red or green , wasn’t spicy at all. The star of the order was the quesabirria tacos. $4.50/taco a little pricey but generally worth it. Plenty of meat and cheese. Dropped one star for the consume. It’s good but is not as rich as other birria tacos I’ve had before and also a super small serving but tbh you don’t need that much consume for the tacos.

The food is absolutely delicious, the owners are nice, and the music is rad. The Quesabirria comes with 3 large tacos with beef birria and cheese with a side of consume, radishes, onions, lebu, green and red salsa. The tacos tasted AWESOME! Wasn’t a fan of the onion. Consume was flavorful. Green and red salsa had a tie, equally tasty.

I have a favorite quedabirria taco truck in Sunnyvale and am always looking for a suitable surrogate. This place opened here ~2 months ago, and I tried just the quedabirria tacos.

You can tell the owner really cares; the quedabirria flavor and portions were good, there’s seating (unlike the other place i will not name) so you can eat there; there’s a basket of chips you can self-serve and they’ll give you salsa (which is a lovely touch) while you wait for your food.

Overall, fantastic experience, I’ll add this to my normal rotation.

Very average food and taste.

Too much other stuff rather than plain good old taco.

Birra ramen was also not too good.

Had 3 items:
Birra Quesadilla
Birra Ramen
Hard shell tacos

Everything was very average.

The young lady working there let some lady behind me in line cut in front of me! Im guessing they knew each other. They were just rude and completely disregarded me! Which is crazy because I’m a regular who guess there almost every day! But not anymore they clearly don’t have standards or respect for their customers. If your looking to eat food avoid this place and go somewhere where they value you as a customer. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! 0/5 do not recommend.

Excellent Mexican food! Me and husband are vegetarians so we asked the chef if he could make us a vegetarian quesabirria and he did it sooooo well! Don’t think I’ve had this tasty anywhere else in the bay in a really long time..

Will definitely be back!
