One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any Domino’s location.
I ordered two New York–style pizzas and clearly requested no pork products due to religious dietary restrictions. One of the pizzas was incorrectly made with pepperoni, making it completely inedible for my family.
After discovering the mistake on my way to hotel, I drove back to the store to request a refund or a correctly remade pizza. The staff member who first helped me was polite, but the manager on duty, Kiante (BLACK male), handled the situation in a shockingly unprofessional way.
He refused to listen, dismissed my explanation, declined to review the order, and walked away without offering any solution. His tone was rude, careless, and disrespectful. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was obvious, and even other employees seemed uncomfortable with how he treated me.
This wasn’t about free food. It was about correcting a clear mistake involving religious dietary restrictions. Instead, I was treated as if my concern didn’t matter at all. This happened late at night while traveling, leaving us with no food options.
I’ve been a long-time Domino’s customer, but this experience completely changed my view of this location. Poor management, zero customer care, and no professionalism. I will not be returning. Ms Kiante , said he is the HIGHEST manager .

Outstanding Service! I needed 50 pizza for a charity event and this crew did a wonderful job of making sure our pizzas were HOT and READY to GO! Very friendly and professional. I absolutely love this location! Other Dominos locations were a hit or miss when it came to getting my order correct. When I select extra cheese online, they give EXTRA cheese and it’s sooooo delicious. Also, each time I had a delivery or carry out order, the staff has been super friendly. I end up engaging in a conversation most of the time. I literally haven’t interacted with an employee who didn’t have a smile on their face. This is by far my favorite Dominos and I never order from any of the other nearby locations anymore.

We ordered 2 medium 2-topping pizzas for the $6.99 special with the Domino’s app for delivery. One was pepperoni & pineapple with extra tomato sauce and the 2nd once was mushroom & cheddar cheese also with extra tomato sauce. It was delivered in a timely matter, but the order was SO wrong. Instead of getting the mushroom & cheddar cheese, the 2nd pizza was a pepperoni, pineapple with BBQ sauce (how gross). The mushroom pizza was for a vegetarian so she had NOTHING to eat. When I went to the app to let them know the order was incorrect, it only offered either 20% off my next order or 60 pizza points (which is basically a free pizza). The quality control with this order was ridiculous. Was the pizza maker high as a kite??

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered delivery and my order was never delivered. When I called the store I spoke with the manager allegedly named, Issac. He was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was left with no food and no refund on my order that was never received.

First, I appreciate the seamless delivery from Ethan today.
For years I’ve selected “well done” on the app for the bake of the pizza. Today was the same but this time it was burnt. I’m not dropping the rating down as far as it would be if this was the only time I’d eaten here, as this is the only time we’ve had this issue and have ordered a couple times to this store. Hopefully the managers will see this and take a look at what is happening with the “well done” orders. It shouldn’t be burning the pepperoni and drying out the crust in such a way.

Was given 2 pizzas both nearly identical in preparation,no crust, pizzas look smashed, ghost cuts as seen on the bottom. And napkins that seem to ne covered in blood. 0 stars if possible and definitely writing and calling corporate
