I ordered two New York–style pizzas and clearly requested no pork products due to religious dietary restrictions. One of the pizzas was incorrectly made with pepperoni, making it completely inedible for my family.
After discovering the mistake on my way to hotel, I drove back to the store to request a refund or a correctly remade pizza. The staff member who first helped me was polite, but the manager on duty, Kiante (BLACK male), handled the situation in a shockingly unprofessional way.
He refused to listen, dismissed my explanation, declined to review the order, and walked away without offering any solution. His tone was rude, careless, and disrespectful. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy was obvious, and even other employees seemed uncomfortable with how he treated me.
This wasn’t about free food. It was about correcting a clear mistake involving religious dietary restrictions. Instead, I was treated as if my concern didn’t matter at all. This happened late at night while traveling, leaving us with no food options.
I’ve been a long-time Domino’s customer, but this experience completely changed my view of this location. Poor management, zero customer care, and no professionalism. I will not be returning. Ms Kiante , said he is the HIGHEST manager .
For years I’ve selected “well done” on the app for the bake of the pizza. Today was the same but this time it was burnt. I’m not dropping the rating down as far as it would be if this was the only time I’d eaten here, as this is the only time we’ve had this issue and have ordered a couple times to this store. Hopefully the managers will see this and take a look at what is happening with the “well done” orders. It shouldn’t be burning the pepperoni and drying out the crust in such a way.
