Great Mom & Pop quiet Cafe. Good food, good sized portions for the price. Delicious home made Malts like Mom used to make. Owners are very friendly and nice to talk to. We will stop again when we are in the area.

This is a small cozy place in Whiting where Children of the Corn was filmed. The food here tastes good and the service is absolutely amazing! Staff here are super friendly and accommodating. If you are driving through Whiting, be sure to stop and have a quick bite. Taverns, pulled pork sandwich, corn, chips, and more. They serve the soda from a can, which I didn’t mind.

I ate here in August 2015 while traveling from Sioux Falls to Arkansas. Food and service was excellent. I sat at a table with an American Flag on the wall. While waiting ofemynfood I realized the flag was made up of the names of the victims of 9-11. I’d like to know where I can get a flag like this.

OMG yes I love this place considering my grandma owns it, so I’m a little biased but it’s a really good food place a lot of it is cooked fresh and even the frozen stuff is great so definitely try it!

The staff here was amazing. Incredibly nice and welcoming. My buddy had a stick of Reese’s peanut butter cookie dough and they used it to make a malt. Lol.

they smoke in the back of where they cook other peoples meals…. and it says no smoking… so its horrible… you can taste the smoke in your food… IF you taste it REALLY carefully?
