The Cheese Course in Plantation is one of my absolute favorite lunch spots. The service is always super pleasant and welcoming — you genuinely feel taken care of every time you walk in.
The décor is so chic and cozy, it’s the perfect place to relax, have a great sandwich, and enjoy amazing coffee. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made.
I come here at least once a week for lunch and always grab coffee too — it never disappoints. Highly recommend if you’re in Plantation and want something consistently delicious with great vibes.

Had an amazing experience at The Cheese Course restaurant! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The cheese selections were outstanding, and everything from the sandwiches to the pairings tasted high quality. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming perfect spot for a casual meal or meeting up with friends.
Special shoutout to Maria for the excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out perfectly. She gave great recommendations and really made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have been a lover of Cheese Course for years. I went with my aunt this week on Monday amd had the worst experience ever. We sat down. There were several tables already occupied that were tended to. We informed the server we were ready to order. She said to give her a minute. We ended up sitting there for 10 minutes watching her take the order of someone who came in after us, refill drinks for those sitting and clean off plates for people still sitting at a table not done with the rest of their meal. We started to get annoyed at this and alerted her again by asking her if we can place our order now. She replied “ I am only one person”. My aunt came back to the table and we said if she doesn’t come over in 5 minutes we will be leaving. Unfortunately she didn’t come over. She brought someone else their check and filled someone’s drink and then walked into the kitchen. We could not believe what we were seeing. I understand she was one person but all we wanted to do was place our order and everytime we alerted her she had an excuse. I don’t believe it was necessary to take plates off the table when a patron is still eating. I also don’t believe it was necessary to refill another drink before coming to take our order. Will never be going to this location again.

This place used to be so great, unfortunately, prices are now completely outrageous. I have been coming here since they opened, and tried to hang on as long as I could because I truly loved this place at some point. Now, sandwiches have increased in price at least 50% in the last few years. They charge you for small things now like iced tea refills ($3/tea that is mostly ice???). The staff is always friendly and helpful, the issue is more with how the restaurant is being managed.

Food is very good, I love that I can come in and try different types of cheeses. The truffle fries are outstanding. The only real issue was that the service was very slow and not very attentive while eating in. It took us awhile to get the menus and receipt to leave. We also ran out of bread and had to wait for that too.

My wife and I love this place! We go during our lunch break from work during the weekdays. Staff is super friendly, especially Maria. Soups are good and sandwiches are tasty. Great little spot in Plantation.

Absolutely out of this world! Hey there, my friend Yes, YOU! The awesome individual perusing this review. Let me tell you what you should do – order the Tomato Bisque soup & The cheese melt with Sun Dried Tomato sandwich. And here’s a little tip, dip that sandwich in the soup & get ready to be transported to a whole new world of deliciousness! I genuinely mean it, I would travel across the country just to come back here. It was TRULY!! That amazing! Maria, our server, was top-notch . Make sure to add this to your list of places to visit when in the FLL area. Oh and if your sweet tooth tends to creep up at the end of your indulgence, tell maria to hook you up with that warm Chocolate Chip Brownie and Hazelnut ice cream desert
