The food was delicious and authentic. The beef noodle soup was very savory and had delicious flavor. The beef tasted roasted with the best flavor I’ve ever enjoyed and the noodles are refreshingly homemade. I posted a picture below. The chicken fried noodle had the same amazing homemade noodles, some veggies and tender chicken with a yummy brown sauce. I could go on about the appetizers and sweet and sour chicken, but you get the idea. We tried a wide variety of food and it was all delicious. The service was somewhat awkward, but they tried very hard and were very polite.

I had the spare rib noodles it was delicious! My husband had General Tso chicken and he really liked it. They also had the best dumplings I have had so far. The service was amazing, everyone was very friendly. We are definitely coming back.

Good food. A pleasantly different take on an Asian restaurant in the area. Will definitely be returning. The only complaint I have is that their egg drop soup is not as good as the place that was previously at this location. The texture is right but the flavor just wasn’t there. I will definitely be returning though as the rest of the food is good.

Food here is excellent and servers do a tremendous job (they have an Asian fusion mix of food). Very attentive and work hard to make sure every customer is satisfied. Chef is very nice and also does a great job of preparing and making sure you’re happy with your food. Hard to find good, authentic Asian cuisine, but this is a nice hidden gem in Belton.

Service was very good! I tried the Ox tail soup, it was different. The presentation was nice but it’s a curry based soup and I haven’t had much curry in my life. My wife had the cashew chicken and she said it was good. We will be back to try something else.

It was awesome!!!! The chef made a dish for my daughter that wasn’t even on the menu. That made her feel so special. The chef came out to see if we were happy with our food. You can tell his food is his passion and he makes it from the heart. I will be coming back ❤️

They accommodated a party of 25 on just over 24 hour notice, and seated us in a party area separate from the main seating area. The owner was extremely helpful in working with us after we arrived to come up with a variety of dishes (soup, appetizer, several entrees, and dessert) based on just our stated preference of main ingredient and how many of each we needed (1 seafood, 2 chicken, 1 beef, etc.). Items he came up with were not on the menu but put together just for us. Service was extremely prompt and even though we’d ordered after we arrived for a party so large we didn’t have to wait too long for the food to be brought out. Last but not least, the food itself was extremely good! Definitely not typical restaurant/American Chinese, but instead flavourful, fresh, and extremely tasty. No doubt in my mind I’ll be coming back here for more.

Belton has been longing for a quality Asian restaurant. This is it. For the 10 years my family has had to drive 20 miles for decent Asian food.
Jinglong is mix of hand made in house noodle dishes, Thai, and traditional (American) Chinese dishes.
I had the Ox tail noodles. The noodles were long, wide, and fresh. The broth was rich and flavorful. It is definitely my new favorite asian dish.
Jasmine tea was good, made with loose leaf tea.
Staff was super friendly and complimented me on my sum what successful first attempt at eating noodles with chopsticks.
The location has a fresh and updated interior.
Were i sat was a TV showing Asian cooking shows. Which i find refreshing. When i want to enjoy Asian food i don’t want to hear Taylor Swift or Justin Timberlake on speakers or see sports on the tv. I want to enjoy the food surrounded by the culture it comes from.
Gone are the days when my family has to choose between bland flavorless Chinese dishes or a 20-30 minute drive to decent food.

So happy I found this place:) The owner/chef came out to talk about how he makes his noodles. He also was talking to me about the many different types and styles of Chinese. Everyone has always been very nice to us as well. Give it a try.

Food here is pretty good. They specialize in homemade sliced noodle dishes. They also serve very good Thai food. The phad thai is as good as any I have had. However, I would avoid the kung pao chicken. It’s the only thing I have had there that didn’t impress me.
