Called several times tonight to get their Wacky Wednesday deal. The website wasn’t working correctly, so I tried to contact the store to place my order. The phone just rang and rang; finally, someone picked up, then hung up on me. I thought it was a mistake called back and hung up on me again. No it was not a mistake and now I am ordering pizza from somewhere else.

Imos is our Sunday night date night in. The quality lately has been hit or miss. Tonight we finally called to same something and the young lady who handled the complaint politely and professionally listened and offered a solution to satisfy the complaint. Thank you!

This was my first time eating here. Upon arriving we were greeted by a very bright and cheery employee. We informed her we were newbies trying it out and she made 2 suggestions as to what to order and we went with her advice. We did wait for a bit because of an accident in the kitchen with one of our pizzas but she was straightforward with us while apologizing. We sat in and ate till we were stuffed and we were dispatched with the same happy go lucky attitude we arrived to. The pizza was amazing and I can’t wait to try out the different selections the next time I’m working in the area. Thanks for the great food and hospitality. I will definitely be recommending your pizza to anyone who will listen.

If you order take out it will NOT be done on time. Add probably 30 min onto whatever the wait is. They only employ young children so no one is actually making sure anything is done right.

When we called to complain about the way, the pizzas were made We asked to speak to the manager and they put him on He sounded Really young And he sounded so stoned That he couldn’t even talk we had to keep saying hello are you there? Smh Ofallon used to be really good we just threw it away wasn’t worth the drive to exchange it the Troy Missouri went downhill so we drove out of the way to go to Ofallon because they’re pizza was way better but now it’s just like Troy IMO’s just horrible food quality, and customer service so now I guess we’ll have to find another pizza place it’s a shame all of these restaurants are letting these people ruin The quality of the food And making your customer happy so they come back.
