Always amazing wings. Hot, cripsy, perfectly cooked, delicious and simple sauces. Burgers are seriously underrated, especially given the price.
The entire food menu is great, and accurately priced. One person can eat well for $10.
Service is always friendly. The staff works hard. Rachel treats us like family and we love her for it.
Ambiance is comfortable, low-key, unpretentious.

Ummmm the smash burgers and dill garlic fries are to DIE for! Photos don’t do them justice. We’re not known to travel more than just around the corner for a quick bite unless we plan on it, but this is worth the last minute 25-30 min drive from where we live. Delicious food. Great staff!

Stopped in here of Friday with my wife and kids after reading a article written about the owner and his business in a Grosse pointe magazine. I felt obligated to support this small business one because that’s what we should do as a community but also because the owner really seems to treat his employees so well per the article. We had a great time here and really enjoyed or experience over all. Only complaint was that the food took a decent amount of time and our toddlers were relentless. They were very busy and our waitress advised us that the food was on and longer than normal weight and we appreciated her honesty. Everything we had to eat and drink was very delicious and I can’t wait to come back and try the Philly cheese steak next time cause they were sold out. 10/10 review the only down side was we did wait 45 mins for our food. But since it was so delicious I felt like it was worth the wait! The waitress insisted that it normally does not take this line for their customers to get serverd their food and she graciously apologized and kept us updated and we greatly appreciated that!
Food and service was amazing! Will be coming back soon with just the wife for an adults night out because they have very delicious cocktails on the menu!!!

My fiancé and I came here from our home in Southfield for an event and oh wow, this place checked every box! Incredible value for great food, the burger is worth 2.5 times its price, just saying.
The drinks were great and our bill was low for the value, we left with a good buzz and desire to sing praises for this place.
PATTY was awesome, she gave great drink and food suggestions (all of which we ordered) and left feeling like we found a new “place.” Considered the distance from home we will be back ASAP, the vibe is great for a couple like us Or a group of friends looking for a nice low key spot with outstanding value. Patty was an amazing waitress! The food was great and the drink menu was extensive and we all loved what we got. Especially loved the bang bang chicken wrap which was a special.

It’s small but a good place to land when to need a pick me up or encouragement to venture into trader Joe’s next door … We love the staff and the food has been bomb for a solid 6 months so we have no complaints. Get the truffle fries. It’s unpretentious.

We love Old Pony and have been loyal customers for years. Unfortunately, during our most recent visit a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill for a family of five. We are very low maintenance and order a beer or two and food. We tip well usually more than 20%, but this felt unnecessary and wasn’t mentioned by the server. I have not noticed it in past visits and may have been double tipping. This is very deceptive and I have lost trust as a loyal customer. Because of this experience, I’m unsure if we’ll return. I’d rather give my business to an honest establishment.
