The Miller Lane Location Is Horrible, I definitely would not recommend this location at all!! Staff are rude and unprofessional. The Chicken most of the time is old and dried out. My husband works 2nd shift he will sometimes go after work (10:30/11:00 pm) They always say they are out of spicy chicken and usually only have thighs or wings on regular chicken. If you ask them to make you fresh chicken they tell you it will be a 15 minute wait that actually turns into a 30 minute wait. The drive thru is open until 1am so why is it they NEVER have any chicken cooked. This location is a franchise but when you ask for the owners information they will not give it to you. I honestly do not see this location lasting.

I’m extremely disappointed with this Popeyes on Miller Lane. I was served raw chicken, which is completely unacceptable and honestly unsafe. That alone is enough to never return.
On top of that, the store is full of signage and advertisements for items they don’t even carry. It feels misleading to promote menu items that customers can’t actually order. If something isn’t available, it shouldn’t be plastered all over the store.
Between the serious food safety issue and the misleading advertising, this location has a lot to fix. I would not recommend this Popeyes to family or friends until major improvements are made.

Idk who was cooking the chicken between 3:00pm-4:00pm 02/13/26 but the chicken was hot and fresh and it was my second time at your location and my first visit was the same I stay in Toledo and I don’t even eat the Popeyes their because the food look and taste nasty and old the customer service was better then expected and the service was fast.

Food was okay it seemed a bit undercooked. Employee acted like it was an inconvenience for him when I tried to order. Never coming to this location again.
They also don’t seem to clean the tables and chairs so would not recommend dine in.

“Popeyes chicken is the shiznit!!!!” Lil Nikki. I had a great time at Popeyes the staff is awesome the restaurant was clean, all and all I was a great experience and I would highly recommend the Popeyes on Miller lane. I got to witness the Manger testing one of the employees everyone in the store had a smile on there face and the food was ” the shiznit” visit them sometime you won’t regret it.

This generally the best location hence the 5 stars. Today is the only bad experience that why still getting 5 stars for overall experience. Today the biscuit I received was either moldy or dirty. All other food was and always has been perfect. Great customer service as well.

Service was not that great. I ordered a chicken strip meal and a large red beans and rice. 20 bucks lol I got 5 small strips that looked like they had been there for awhile and a dry biscuit. Only thing I would come back for is the bean and rice.
